Olx India — kids pram - fraud user on google pay

I advertised to sell a pram on olx and the buy made a fraudulent transaction of 4999 from my account. He was using google pay and called me to initiate the transaction as i was the first time user, he sent me the request to "pay"to this account and during the conversation he asked me to approve, due to which amount was deducted from my account.

Olx and google pay both will have no justification and the buyers will continue to be fooled like this if they dont have complete knowledge as there is no trust on these applications.

I want the user to be detected and my money back, someone needs to take guarantee on online fraud and kyc is require so that we can obtain personal information and file complaint on such people
