Olx India — Non receipt of RC CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP

I have purchased CAR from OLX AUTO I20 Hyundai Register No. KA10-M-5471, Olx AUTOS Certificate no. PC[protected] on[protected] from Hosur road, Bengaluru and all formalities compiled and assured your staff RTO paper work change of ownership will be issued it will take 30 days

In this regard, I regret to inform you that still date August 26th I have not received RTO papers and No updated information from your good office. I tried your customer care Mr. Santosh, Delhi, Mobile No. [protected] sorry to inform you that he is responding me. and I also asked OLX Auto, Hosur Road they are telling that RTO paper works is not our work that look after by other persons. we don't to the status of RTO change of ownership status.
Further, I understand from our friends Car 24, is doing RTO papers work very well and issuing with in week.
