We are running real estate business and we wants to post our adds through OLX. We have made payment on 30.04.2018 amount of Rs. 3717/- to OLX India Pvt Ltd towards Lite Saver - Featured Adds for 30 days - Rs. 2518/- & Profession Adds for 15 days - Rs 1199/-. After repeated several followups and reminders we are not getting the proper guidance or response from your customer care service. So please solve the matter at the earliest.
