Olx India — Over a year has passed and have not received the documents and chassis plate after selling my car

I have sold my car Indigo cs gls 3 model on 4th of March 2020 to dombivali branch of olx cash my car and at the time of selling i was informed that the documents will be delivered within 15 to 30 days. however after 30 days when I asked about my document and plate the concerned person said due to covid its not yet recieved to the branch and would require more time. And this went on till six months untill the time came when I had to leave for UK in September 2020 and they said it has reached head office I explained that I wont be able to collect now and asked to please deliver to my home address in Kalyan. the concerned person said he has now been transferred and will check with dombivali branch and head office. I have also sent emails to olx cash my car support and the reply is same we are looking closely into this issue. I dont understand how much more time do you guys require to give the documents back I even have not recieved any reply since my last email to them seeking a tentative date for receiving my docs and plate. Its very frustrating that how olx deals with the customers data and docs. which brings to conclusion that there is definitely some misuse of our documents.
I would request you to please contact and help me get the documents.

As I have mentioned earlier I have the number and I was in direct contact with the guys who helped me in selling the car but even they stopped replying I don't understand what is the matter in just sending the documents and my chasis plate I dont want any apologies I just want my documents and chasis plate cause I am worried if it was trashed or not they said it would be trashed now I don't believe anyone.
Please can you take this complaint number and let me know the current status.
