[Resolved] Olx India — paid 499/- but still my ad is appearing in pending status

Dear all, i want to highlight that i had made the payment of 499/- as shown in website to made my ad active but event after payment is done my ad is still appearing in pending..
This was highlighted to olx support ticket id 1622164

Transaction details :

We have added credits of equivalent amount in your account. You can use these credits for purchasing the same service from OLX within 180 days from the date of issuance.
