I sincerely apologize for any mistake I may have made that led to my account being banned. I recently tried accessing my account and was notified that it has been banned. Upon reflection, I believe it may have been due to unintentionally mentioning my phone number in the description.
I now fully understand OLX’s terms and conditions and assure you that this was an honest mistake. I deeply regret any violation and promise to strictly adhere to the platform’s policies moving forward. Kindly consider giving me one more opportunity, as I highly value using OLX for my needs.
I would be truly grateful if you could review my case and reconsider unbanning my account. Thank you
