[Resolved] Olx India — seller is selling duplicate / counterfeit products made from cheap materials

I am from jaipur. I saw a mobile phone ad of nokia e52 on olx.in. Seller is from mumbai. Seller has mentioned on ad that the nokia e52 phone is 100% brand new. So i ordered a phone from him by cash on delivery and paid rs 4500. When i checked the phone i found that the phone was a duplicate and counterfeit copy of original nokia phone made from very cheap materials and battery was also not included.

When i tried to contact him to get me a refund or replacement, he denied and was not ready to refund my amount. He was blaming me for each problem.

I have registered a complaint with reference to number ts1334 on olx.in against the seller. I want olx to block that fraud seller so that other buyers can save their time and money.

Seller can not be trusted so please avoid cash on delivery purchase with seller. He has most of his stock of fake copy of original ones.
