Olx India — Sold my car but no sale letter received from OLX

I had sold my HONDA JAZZ V KL 36G 7680 through Olx cash my car office through Porur Chennai India..
I had handed over the car, keys, RC book, Insurance, pollution certificates, and signed all relevant forms.
I have also got the payment for the car on 18/Jan/2021.

But wo far not received the Sale Letter from Ola Cash my car.. Had contacted the Porur office several times for the letter but no response.

Kindly forward the sale letter for the above car KL36G7680 sold from Porur Chennai Tamilnadu on 18/Jan/2021
