i purchased total 3 pack this month march 2021

i want to post minimum 100 ads. so paid
1st time told catogery issue 2nd time purchased electronic category
all add is pending . if delete pending ads cutting my add count.
still no responds so
i want full refund pls mail me deatails

100 ads expired already 1 month finished no add activated
