Olx India — Washing machine

I have brought a lg 7 kg washing machine from a dealer from olx name is shoaib. The dealer is a total fraud. He gave us a machine which is totally no use. Although he has advertised as new and give free home delivery. From the very first day we are facing issue on that. He has given one year warranty, but after delivering the machine he is not atleast picking up the call. I think olx should take step against this. Or this olx is slowly becoming a place of doing fraud. I have lost clear 6000 rupees to that person shoaib.
