Olx Seller — cheated by olx seller - ad id: [protected]

This is regarding the ad id: [protected], posted on olx website dated 28th july 2018. When i asked for details the seller provided me his contact number as: [protected]. I called this number and i was told that:
- his name is pardeep chaurasiya.
- he has two handsets iphone 6s and samsung s9+
- he has bill, warranty, box and all other details which he can whatsapp.
- he belongs delhi and currently he is in a jaipur hospital
- he wants this deal to be done urgently as he was in need of money due to medical urgency of his relative.
After the conversation, he whatsapped me everything-
- i checked the imei and the imei wasn't fake
- the photographs and all other details looked okay.
He called me up from same number again and told me-
- he is ready to sell the phone at the same price.
- he will get it couriered and send me the details and will let me talk to the courier person.
- i would have to pay the courier price as he did not have money for any extra expenses.
I agreed and we had a deal. After half an hour he called me up again from [protected] and told me that he is standing at the overnight courier company's office and told me that this was courier office number. I was then told to paytm rs. 900 to [protected]. I did the same at 7:31 pm on 28 jul 2018, the paytm ref number for it is: [protected].
At around 10:00 p. M on 28 july 2018 i again received a call from pardeep's number and was requested to pay rs. 3000 as his relative was critical and he was in urgent need of money. The way he spoke it looked real and i empathized with him and paid rs. 3000 via paytm to same number (Ref number: [protected]).
Next day on 29 july 2018, i again got a call at 7:00 a. M. From pardeep's number. I was told to check with courier company that he had shipped the parcel and i will receive it today at around 10:00 a. M. He then again requested to pay him rs. 5000 due to critical situation of his brother and further doctors have refused to see if he doesn't pay them at least some more amount. I again paytmed rs 5000 on the same number reference number for that transaction is: [protected].
At around 10:00 a. M. I again got the call and was told package is on the way and was asked to pay more amount. However, this time i got suspicious and asked for more details. He whatsapped me his pan card and adhaar card. He called me again and told me that he is in urgent need of money and wants at least some amount. My suspicion rose, i contacted the courier number and i was told they will deliver by 10:30 a. M. Also, they gave the number of their head office as: [protected]. I called this number and the person told me that he is sr.in overnight express and my courier is on its way and will reach me shortly.
I was still suspicious and tried to locate that number on the courier company website but i could not find any such number.
I was called multiple times from pardeep and courier person to make some more payment to which i said i will only pay once i receive the phone. They then told me that i will not get my package until i make the payment. However, i didn't pay them anything else as it was clear they were cheating me.
