Updated by Casundar If i have many accounts on your platform, why you have successfully verified my account 20.12.2021, that day itself you should block know.. i know you are fraud.. That day 20.12.2021 (I have no balance in my account) but when i have balance in my account, yoy have asked me reverify the account and blocked without any proof (hold 319$).. Actually I dont have many any other account..

Two things I want to resolve:
1.I have withdrawn money of 319$ from verified account on 20.12.2021, but amount was not credited to my bank account, After several procedures and days, it was reversed to olymp trade account on 11.2.2022.
Why it was reversed to olymp trade account instead of bank account?
2.I have done a third party deposit on 11.1.2022, so you guys asked me verify the payment method..
For that I have uploaded Id card of payment provider and photo of payment provider holding his Id card..
Then why you blocked my account? Since it was first time violation of third party deposit?
As I got a reason from your customer peoples is first time violation will be accepted in depositing.But you peoples blocked my account.
Then customer care peoples said that your friend whose bank account that you have used for deposit, he had violated terms of our platform like that..
But while depositing, my bank server was down, that is why i have used my friend bank account..How can i know his past experience with your platform.
Just because for his violation, you have blocked my account.is it fair????
Because of his mistake why should i bear the loss?
Iam a good and great customer for you.. I have done many deposits and trades with your platform..By considering this, can you unblock my account.
Iam from a poor family yea, i want to continue the trading with your platform, kindly unblock my account.

The company has repeatedly terminated the Service Agreement with you on other accounts and warned that in case of creating new ones, you will be blocked without withdrawing funds.
The Financial Commission also found your claim unfounded, and the company's actions legitimate. For us, the decision of the Financial, which is our regulator, Commission is mandatory.

We kindly ask you to refrain from misleading other users and support specialists.
We are honest with traders and take security on the platform seriously. Hence the mandatory verification and the rules do not use third-party payment sources.
Since this, we were forced to apply in your case the consequences described in clause 8.5.1. of the Service Agreement.
