I am myself a trader here. On this platform, called Olymp trade. ANd I like everything about it, there are tons of features which are up to my taste, and moreover they help me to polish trading skills, develop in the financial industry and make gains. But one thing that I can't get my head around - statuses. I deposited 100 USD initially and was thinking of getting Advanced status, because I read that it's possilbe to grab this status in case of replenishing such a sum. But, damn, I anyway have Starter status! Of course, it also has some perks and whatnot, but I thought the company would give me Advanced one. What was wrong? Was I misguided or what? Mar 31, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved Ah... I finally got it. I indeed read information about statuses in the help center, but I missed that sum "100" was for USDT!! For USD account there is a requirement to deposit at least $500. Holy cow, I suppose I need to buy glasses to become more attentive to details, or drink some pills for alzheimer prevention;D Thank you very much olymp trade team, it was a pleasure to get answer from y'all! Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 29, 2024 Olymp Trade Customer Care's response To raise your status to advanced you need to deposit at least $500/€500 or USDT 100 to your USDT account. You can also upgrade your status by earning experience points (XP), which you can get by making trades on a live account and completing Trader's Way tasks.
