Thank you for your response. But this is very bad, olymp trade taking very long time and also company says Based on clause 1.4 of our AML/KYC policy, your trading account is currently the subject of an internal investigation after unusual non-trading behavior was noticed. And this is not the valid reason to block the account .Its our money so it's our choice whether we want to to trading or not, i did this because I just want to check the process of withdrawal money before trading in this platform.but my experience is very bad and i am very insecure to continue on this platform .I am thinking now that this is a scam, fraud and this is not legit way to do with your client.please change your policies .if your want to scale in long way.your process of investigating is taking a lot of time so please don't tell ### to public that this is your standard policy (also provide some time frame for this) . We take this matter seriously. To keep qualified as a reliable broker and certified by our regulator - Finacom, Olymp Trade follows the rules and regulations stated in the Service Agreement. As a transparent broker, we do not want to jump to conclusions as well as neglect a security risk. We hope you understand.
