I have made an deposit of 10 USD with following details.
1) Amount - Rs 829/-
2) Date[protected]
3) Time - 7:51 Pm
4) Ref Number :[protected]
I have sent several emails regarding proof of deposit of said money.
The customer support have asked it multiple times.
The proof deposited were as below
1) sms screen shot
2) bank statement
Where time and amount were clearly mentioned.
The amount was deducted but from Olymp Trade the message was transfer failed.
I am here to request to kindly coorelate the receiver statement of transaction of the amount.
