Updated by Anant222 This Complaint update is about "The Same Missing Deposit of 20 USD" which I tried Depositing through the Net-Banking option available on OlympTrade.com on February 10 2023
I sent the First email about the "Missing 20 USD" to OlympTrade's Support email <[protected]@olymptrade.com> on February 21 2023 with enough Documents to prove that INR 1652.00 was deducted from my Bank Account.
I also shared the Name of the Payment Merchants Website I was Redirected to and I also took and shared the Screen Shots from of the Payment Merchant, Before and After completing the Payment.
Then I got the Automated Reply from Olymp Trade and after sometime I received another email from Olymp Trade Support Team on February 21 2023
The Mentioned Agent's Name on the email was "Soumik" and in this email he mentioned :
""The task has been created today and the task completion time can take up to 5 working days."" and also this ""However, please be assured that we would have an update by[protected].""
After that I did not get any Response on that email.
Since, then I've sent so many emails with the same Concern to all of Olymp Trade's Support emails including the email which had a "Ticket Number" on them.

I have shared every bit of Information related to that Payment Proving that I Paid an Amount of INR 1652 on February 10 2023 to a Payment Merchant to which Olymp Trade "Redirected" to.
I have Shared my Official Bank Statement and even the screen shots of the "Text Msgs" sent by "Indusind Bank" about the Debit of INR 1652
I used to Receive the Automated Reply from Olymp Trade on every email I've sent with this concern and sometimes I got "Replies" with "Different Agent Names" saying the same things in every email, LIKE :
""""The task has been created today and the task completion time can take up to 5 working days.""
Then I stopped receiving any "Replies" from "Olymp Trade" about the Same.
Then I came to know about this Website "
https://www.consumercomplaints.in" and I Posted my First complaint here on April 26, 2023. "Olymp Trade" just Commented on my Posted Complaint here and then I did not Receive any update about the Same.
I Posted the Second Complaint here (about the same) on May 8, 2023 to which, I Received a "Reply" email from "Olymp Trade" on May 9 2023. The Reply from Olymp Trade was on the email I've sent them (about the same concern) on 'March 16 2023'
The agent's Name on this 'Replied email' was "Subha"
And this 'Replied email' had the Same Copy Pasted Script telling me the Same Thing :
""We have updated the shared documents in the task today. Our team will start investigating the issue further. Please be informed that after any documents have been updated in the task, the team may take up to 5 working days to investigate it.""
There was another 'Copy Pasted' Comment on this Complaint by Olymp Trade
Few More Days Passed but I still had no update on my Missing 20 USD and I sent more emails to Olymp Trade but there was no Reply to those emails.
So I Posted another Complaint here on May 15, 2023 to which I Received a "Reply" from Olymp Trade Agent Name - 'Anish Sebastian' on May 17 2023 who again said ""Maximum period for the task to get resolved is up to 5 working days"" and there was a same Comment on this Complaint as the Previous ones.
Now, it is more that 3 Months or more than 100 Days and I still have no update about my Missing Deposit Amount of 20 USD.
And each time "Olymp Trade" responds to any of my emails or complaints every time they add '5 Working Days to Finish the Task.'
In 20 More days my Missing Deposit Amount of 20 USD will be Missing for more than 4 Months.
And Olymp Trade will send another email saying ""Maximum period for the task to get resolved is up to 5 working days""
