Olymp Trade — Deposit Problems - UPI - horrible wait and experience

Dear Olymptrade

I started trading Olymptrade from last few months, Initially it is very prompt in UPI deposits and Withdrawals was done within few hours. From June1st, depositing and withdrawal is horrible experience with Olymptrade. No options like netbanking, UPI deposits, Imps, cards nothing working. It is becoming like nightmare experience.

As per complaints filed here, It seems I am also going to experience same problem. Yesterday I made upi deposit of 10000rs, not yet credited to trading account. That chatbot olympguru is worst one, always enters into loop. No specialist contacts, it just asks for 48 hours wait. Even though 24 hours passed. It seems everyone has to get out of this platform in India. Please refund or add my deposit amount back to my trading account.

Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs 10000 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary SRS Live Technologies PVT LTD account XXXXXXXXXX5950 on 18/06/2022 20:40:07 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank.

Bank says it is already credited but you guys are rejecting. Almost 21 days over. no resoultion in near future. One of the worst experience with olymp trade customer service and their people.

I have initiated a chargeback from bank also and it closed from bank and they were saying that receipient bank received the amount and reflected in their account. So could not be get back that amount. But you people are lying that it is not in your account. More than 1 month but you didnt solve this problem. So it seems you duped me and made me a scape goat.

See these guys don't have any courtesy to return our money. They just steal money and never return back. All customer care guys were removed and just added worst chatbot. They only generate automatic mails. Worst app. All indians don't fall for this fake app and they just loot our money. I lost hope of getting my money. They just stealed my money, even bank confirmed me that. They are just lying. But bank confirmed their backend side with this Olymptrade bank account, but indeed the amount was there, But these guys just lies that it was not.

48 hours passed no updates. Only automatic messages which keep on saying we working on your problem. No dates, all automated messages, keep on looping. Customer service went from bad to worse.

It seems a fraud company. Only telling lies. Not yet come. They are now saying that your deposit declined by bank. Worst fellows.

No update from Olymp trade, Already more than 1 month. Money not credited back to my account or not added to my account. Worst customer experience.

No solution and they are keep on denying. Bank keep on says it is credited. Then where to I go?
Hello sir, I send money phone pay app to Olympic deposit... Amount debited my bank account but not showing Olympic deposit site two times I send money same problem...
