[Resolved] Olymp Trade — I wonder where my Advanced status is?

I gained status through the XP points at the end of the last month, but for some reason it was revoked recently so that I didn't even have time to get all the advantages of it, only some high return deals. Maybe I’m blind but I haven’t found any information that the status is given for a certain amount of days or time for this matter. I need some explanation from the olymp trade representatives about the whole situation with the upgrade of my status. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Sep 5, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved That’s the best example of why you should always have to read the FAQ section thoroughly. All this time this info was there. Moreover olymp trade has replicated this condition on the platform too, right in your personal area. Be more attentive guys so you won't find yourself in an awkward situation. Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Thank you for your question. We would like to answer your question as bellow. A status is valid for 30 days from the moment you achieve it. By the end of this period, you need to have earned a certain number of experience points to extend the current status for another 30 days. If you fail to reach the required level, the status will be downgraded (except the Starter status, which is the basic one).
