Olymp Trade — Money is deducted from my bank account but not deposited in Olymp trade

I made deposit of 10000 INR in Olymp trade account on 7th February 2026 at 9:56 pm. Money is deducted from my bank account but not deposited in Olymp trade account. Then I mail to Olymp trade transaction support team. They told me give us four working days for solve your problem. But there is 8 days completed. But still my issue is pending. I feel so nervous. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
