Olymp Trade — Money not received

I have transferred money from my bank account and i it has been debited but in olymp trade it isn’t credited. And i haven’t got the refund back.

Updated by Akcreation Sir I made a deposit on 26th December but the payment failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank. It has been 46 days now but I have not received the refund yet. Please refund my deposit amount. OLYMP ID[protected]
