[Resolved]  Olymp Trade — My account is blocked and my funds in my wallet is withheld

Respected sir/madam,
I am ARRA SAI NITISH REDDY user of OLYMP TRADE with trading account number 48880699, ID:[protected]@gmail.com, my account is also successfully verified(proof attached). I was apprised regarding the claim of I violated the Service Agreement through the mail that I have received on 16 of March 2022 (email attached), which I Disagree with.

According to the following terms Service Agreement of Paragraph 2.4 of the Service Agreement. Part 1 states "the Company reserves the right to provide Clients with risk-free trades and use other ways of rewarding and retaining the Client", To make complete use of this scheme proposed by the platform in the form of bounce on the deposit amount I was compelled to withdraw and to redeposit the funds of my account to receive the promised bonus that I deserved after fulfilling the several levels of the "Trader's Way" which is a customer loyalty program for traders on the platform, It is comprised of levels corresponding to rewards and status increases and I have no intension to "abuse of transfers (deposits to the Client's account, withdrawals from the Client's account) without intention to perform trading transactions or with low/insignificant trading transactions volume is discovered" which I was alleged of(email attached). And also was planning to invest my fund in the right opportunity at the right time

I request you to please unblock my account and grant access to manage, trade, withdraw my funds so that I could use your fully-equipped platform.

Thank you for letting us know. If you are not satisfied with the decision of the claim department, you can appeal to the Financial Commission. Finacom is our regulator and we are obliged to follow its decisions.

You can click on "File a Complaint" and fill out the form. Financial Commission will consider your complaint and Company's arguments and then make a decision.
