I recently becam the client of your company. I appreciate what I see on this platform and try every day. What I see differs from how I used to seeing on other Forex platform. At first, I was struggling to adapt to the way Forex is traded here because on on one hand, fixed amounts makes things easier but on the other hand, it’s not easy for me to choose optimal fixed amounts to withstand pullbacks.
I got a problem here. I don’t see horizontal lines here to build price levels. Where can I find them?

Well, I can understand you. It's pretty tough to comply with the totally new condoitions, but traders are pretty flexible people) As for horizontal then you can find them on the graphic, where you can find other things for technical analysis, such as indicators, vertical lines and various figures. Just be attentive to details and always check everything thoroughly.

        My Withdrawal amount 100 USD dated 10/12/2021 vide order ID[protected] is not received by me till now. After so many days olymp trade provided me UTR NO.[protected] and asked me to track the amount by searching my account, or by approaching my banker or UPI Authorities.
        I have searched my account thoroughly. I could not find the amount, because I had not received it. My Banker and UPI Authorities told only Remitter or his Banker can Track the UTR.
        I have communicated same thing to Olym trade and sent my Upto date Bank Statement and all phone pe transactions pdf file. But olymp trade insisting on written reply from my Banker or phone pe confurming that they could not trace the UTR Number.
        My Banker and phone pe people are saying only remitter or his Banker or UPI people can track the UTR. Because I am the receiver my Banker or phone pe people could not give any written communication.
        As the olymp trade is it is its responsibility to trace my amount and see that my amount is credited to my account.
        I request you to help me so that olymp trade will credit my amount as soon as possible as already two and half months have elapsed

          Trading seemed to me to be something very complicated until I downloaded the Olymp Trade mobile app.
          I really liked everything it had to offer. I was opening trades and making money. The virtual money. So I decided to open a real account with $100. I thought I would increase my deposit very fast.
          It turned out that it was not so easy to do on the real account.
          I have one more question. On my demo account I had a 90% return on certain instruments... for instance, gold.
          Now I don't have it... sometimes I got 10%, sometimes 70%.
          Why is it so, explain!!!

              I registered my account under the link of a YouTuber (Technical Avi). He started providing risk free trades of 20% on deposits between 300$-1000$. I arranged an amount of 1000$ and deposited in my account and successfully got a risk free trade of 200$. I just used my 60$ to trade and lost it but I didn't trade on risk free trades. Thereafter I withdrew the rest of my amount available in my account and after 2 weeks Technical Avi again started the same scenario of providing the risk free trades and told as before that you need not worry, just take trade with risk free trades, if you get profit then withdraw the amount with profit otherwise if you lose the trade, your amount will be the same as the trade was risk free. I again deposited 1000$ and again got a risk free trade of 200$. Now I had 2 risk free trades of 200-200$ and I placed one risk free trade of 200$ for 20 minutes and got profit of 180$. As I tried to place another risk free trade, Olymp trade applied limit that if you want trade, you will have to deposit first to avoid limits. I had no more money there to deposit. And I decided to deposit money after withdraw and I did so. As I withdrew the amount, my account was blocked. Without any warning they just blocked my account.
              This is just because I made a profit and Olymp trade don't want anyone to make profit. I also used Olymp trade before and lost a lots of money but at that time, they didn't blocked my account as they were earning from my losses. Olymp trade is doing scams legally with the public.
              They have taken final decision of blocking my account and the worst department is claim department 🤣🤣🤣, they even don't try to listen what customer is saying they just send an email it the final decision of Company and can't be reconsidered 🤣🤣🤣.

                      Olymp trade not returning my hard earned money

                      08, Feb, 2022 :- I make payment of 45000 using phone pe wallet . After amount get deposited into the olymp trade account . I make few trades .
                      my account balance becomes around 45050 . I make withdrawn request .

                      Immediately, after making withdrawn request, they not only blocked my account but also blocked my money .

                      Then I tried to communicate with them from twitter, facebook, email and even their customer...

                      I’m exploring this web platform with great interest. It attracts me with its innovative alternative trading system. First, I like fixed-time trading. I heard it’s often criticized for its seemingly gambling nature but it’s not so Here, you are also expected to forecast the market using various tools as you do on Forex. Expiration may puzzle you at first, but I advise you to not to choose expiration smaller than one hour. I think that within this period it’s possible to make a concrete forecast. What’s more, there’s a possibility to close your open fixed-time trade before it expires if you timely notice something wrong.
                      I have a problem. I don’t see horizontal lines here. I need them for price levels. Where can I find them?

                        Olymp Trade is cheating with the public on the name of trading. They simply block the IDs which start earning profits by giving silly excuses.

                        They simply blocked my account when I started earning profit and they gave reason that my documents are incorrect in the verification process while I gave all my correct documents.

                        And the most important part is that they did not refund my earned money.

                        I strongly suggest to everyone, do not waste your time with such cheaters OLYMP TRADE..

                        Thank you for contacting us. Account blocking is a serious measure that is taken in case the service agreement terms are violated. The profit of a trader cannot be a basis for blocking an account. We contacted the verification specialists as soon as we received your review. As a result of analysis of the information provided by you, the following violation of the terms of the Agreement was established:

                        "1.4.1. All information provided during Client registration and during the performance of Agreement, is true, accurate, reliable and complete in all respects, and the Client completed the registration form him/herself".
                        To verify your trading account the Company have repeatedly asked from you a new photos of documents (a new "Selfie" with an identity card). On these requests, you provided the same old photo. These actions give the Company reason to state that you have provided incorrect documents for verification of the trading account.

                        Based on this, the company has decided to terminate cooperation with you.

                        Also, you can apply to [protected]@olymptrade.com and explain the situation. This is the reclamation department, they will investigate your case and provide a final response from the Company.

                            For a completely winning trade I got a refund

                            and second trade is also winning . It’s above line till time of trade ends and then suddenly trade was shown to be unsuccessful with pip loss

                            It’s very frustrating for me that same thing happened with 2 trade.

                            Second grade didn’t even appear red till the very end of closing of trade . My trade is even closed with green colour . And the after few seconds shown as loosing trade

                            Olymp trade platform took Advantage of volatility of asset and even after closing of trade positively, they showed my trade to be against my forecast and manipulated my trade.

                            I want a complete refund for my second trade which they manipulated even after closing with positivity

                              I came to this trading platform because I was very curious about fixed-time trading. It was a new and interesting experience for me. I can say that for two weeks of practicing fixed-time trading I got a real pleasure. I should note that I trade fixed-time better when expiration is at least four hours or higher. One minute expiration for me is something I have no idea about and can’t control.
                              However, I also trade Forex and here I stumbled on one problem. Where are horizontal lines I could draw as price levels?

                                  On 1 Jan 2022, I withdraw ₹6302 from my Olymp trade account to my bank account, Money was successfully transferred from Olymp trade wallet but not credited to my linked bank account. Even I got an email for the successful transaction but still after 17days my ₹6302 was not credited to my bank account. You can check my linked updated bank account statement in pdf.
