Olymp Trade — My olymptrade account was blocked since August 19,2026.

Sir, I deposited 39, 429 Indian Rupees into my Olymp Trade account on August 17, 2026. Due to an urgent need, I placed a withdrawal request for 36, 742 Rupees. However, my account was suddenly blocked. I submitted a verification request along with the necessary account details, and all documents were verified. Despite this, my account was blocked again citing the AML/KYC clause 1.4. When I contacted the support team, they stated that an internal investigation is underway but could not provide a timeframe for its completion. I have been waiting for 15 days, yet my account remains unverified. This situation is causing me great distress, as I am facing this penalty despite having done nothing wrong. I humbly request you to expedite the verification of my account and provide a favorable response. Thank you.
