[Resolved]  Olymp Trade — My stop loss button is broken

First of all, I could not find the stop loss or take profit buttons, so I thought maybe I'd just watch as the trades go for a bit, before I try to find them. I open some trades, and by the time I turn my head back, I see that all the trades I opened are closed already. It was kind of irritating, but I know that brokers have glitches sometimes, so I calmed dowm. And, I was using the demo account, so no foul. However, this automatic stop loss and take profit is not nice and I do not like it.

Well, that was embarrassing😅. I reached out to the support and they explained to me that I was trading a different type of asset called Fixed Time Trading. They also showed me how to switch between the trading modes, which is really simple.
Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Regarding the stop loss or take profit, you can activate and deactivate it using the button at the settings located on the right side (if you are trading on a browser) or at the bottom (if you are trading using a mobile device). It is up to you whether you want to take advantage of this feature.
