your UI is best for other trading platform. but your support is always poor compare to other platforms. because i have face the same issue on quotex platform last year. they support team also told 5 working days. it's will be solved. but they solved my deposit problem within 2 days. i have a proof they are responsed. your olymp team always told me finance department working on the deposit problem in last 5 days. but still balance not updated in my live trading account.
If this the behaviour of the finance team towards a regular trader of olymptrade then what they do with the new traders. They just don't bother about people money. your team lost my trustworthiness.

They got the amount in their bank and now they are delaying to credit it. Worst service ever. Don't know what to do tired of raising complaint to the support team. I think it's better not to trade with olymptrade anymore. All new traders beware before depositing money in olymptrade
