Complaint marked as Resolved I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience on your platform. I made two trades today, investing 1000 INR and 500 INR each, which appeared to have crossed the desired mark for success. However, both trades inexplicably ended in losses, resulting in a total loss of 1500 INR. 😡
As a loyal and long-standing user, this incident has shaken my trust in Olymp Trade. I’ve always believed in the fairness and transparency of your platform, but this recent experience has left me frustrated.
I kindly request a thorough investigation into these trades and a satisfactory resolution that includes a transparent explanation of the losses and, if necessary, compensation for my losses. 🙏
