[Resolved]  Olymp Trade — Payment methods verification was rejected many times for no reason

Hello,

My name is prakriti Kesarwani i made account today and deposited some fund and did some trading and withdrew it and after that i deposited some more funds to be exact 60$ and i withdrew it but through upi but here's what happens next i didn't got my money and my account got blocked temporarily then i contacted customer care and he told me that you have to verify yourself he explained me all the process and after that call i submitted all the required documents that are needed for verification but the last process i.e. Payment methods verification was rejected. It said to reupload the required document and i did upload but it was again rejected for over 7-8 times i resubmitted the whole thing but it wasn't successful. I want to clarify that i deposited my money through ewallet named freecharge and in freecharge wallet i have used a prepaid card issued by dhani pay to deposit but in time of verification it shows me paytm Which i never used it and according to tnc of olymptrade i have uploaded every screenshot that are required for payment verification even i uploaded my prepaid card which shows my name, transaction with date and time even then it was rejected

So, what should i do now i can't do anything about it i am very frustrated from this and my money is stuck on account which is blocked
I don't like the customer service they think we are playing ping pong by rejecting it over and over.
