Olymp Trade — Regarding my deposit amount refund

I deposited a amount of 700 inr in olymp trade but the transaction is failed but my money is debited from my bank account on 7 march 2023. I send mail to the customer care regarding the problem and ask for refund. They check my mail and replied that your money will be safe and we forward your complaint to our finance section they process soon but still now nothing happened. I send several mails more than 10 mails but i get the same reply from different customer care executive each time. Its been a month i did not get my refund. Register my complaint and make my refund process soon.
