I have been using Olymp Trade for a while and overall I am quite satisfied with the platform. Sometimes, when I switch between different assets or charts, there is a slight delay in loading the data. It's not a big problem, but it can be a bit frustrating when trying to make quick trading decisions. Mar 18, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved My journey with the platform is going great. There are no more delays when I switch between charts. I contacted the customer support, I hadn't done some updates, and after I did, it worked perfectly smoothly. I am grateful to the Olymp Trade team for helping me to fix this technical glitch.
