[Resolved]  Olymp Trade — So many lags in everything

I think this platform was being all advertised as smooth trading experiences and whatnot. Smooth means fast, right? without a lot of lags, glitches, and other things like that. Well, I tend to disagree. Because I signed up for this platform and opened a real trading account for myself, and it was fine for the first day or two, then it started to lag. by a lot. it does not show the real time prices of assets really quickly, it does not load the charts as quickly, and it does not execute the trades as quickly. I could not understand what might be the problem causing this

I'm so dumb. Sorry about that. I completely forgot about my Internet provider. I had some problems with the connection and because of that I can't trade properly... Guys, be careful and make sure you have a stable internet connection beforehand.

Regarding your question, when you check the Internet speed, kindly make sure it is more than 30 Mbps for the platform to perform stably. As a rule, lags do not significantly affect the result of the transaction.
