After successful trading with Olymp Trade I had to make a bank withdrawal and before that I had to be verified. This was my first withdrawal from this broker, and I traded successfully and earned over $3, 000 in the first couple of months. After I sent all the documents, I was told that they could not accept them because of poor image quality. And I don't have a scanner, I can only take pictures on my phone. Yes, the quality is not good, I agree. I went to my neighbor's house, scanned it and sent it to them. This time they accepted. But I would like to avoid such situations in the future. Oct 17, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks for the quick response. Yes, as I wrote before, the second time the test was successful. There were no problems with the withdrawal of the money. I think that so far I will not buy a new phone, especially the old one works well. When I make some money here, then we'll see. Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
