Still today it has not delivered to customer end.

Request you to kindly update current status for same consignment and when it will be deliver to customer end.

We have booked one parcel from sambalpur to Mumbai on 29/10/2019 gr no 16460148 to Y.C. Creation but till today they will not delivered the goods to consignee, when consignee ask to deliverd the good to his door, they ask for damarge and extra charges and also threaten that if they will not paid this they will auction the parcel.the parcel laying at sakinaka Branch.
kindly take action on urgent basis.

Our vendor book shipment on 08.03.2019 from Mumbai to Case new hollend Indore but still not shipment not delivered at Indore.

Parcel not received after 24hr. Parcel booked by air gr no. 20254011. Ur people is not responding correctly contact no [protected]. Ur person is not there in bangalore airport i am waiting from 6.30am till now. Ur per is not there. Security is tell they will went home like that saying. What is solution please do needful. We have booked one most urgent material from tarapur to mohali (Punjab) by fastest train on 19.3.19. Your team confirmed that material will be delivered within two days i. E. By 21.3.19. Consignment no is[protected].

Today as on 23rd material is still in hisaar and coming by road instead of train.in bility given by your team, it is mentioned that material will move through train.

Due to this delay we have...

We have sent the material to coimbatore through om logistics on 31/08/2018 vide lr no. 18628789. This consignment still not delivered to the customer or its not return back to us.

Total material cost is around 1.75lakhs, we sent the mail to om logistics bidadi office but there is no reply from their end.
Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible

Dear om logistics,

We have one valuable customer of om logistics from last more than 10 years.
On[protected] we had dispatched on consignment from jamnagar to pune with lr no.19556442, which was shown material had reached on[protected], but still that was not delivered to customer place.
We would be requested to kindly look in and clear this asap....

The consignment of lr no[protected] dated 28.11.2018 booked from taloja to tata dlt pune on door delivery & freight paid has still not reached pune.

Taloja to pune is only one to two day travel & it has been over a month now.

The consignee person name & cell number is mentioned on the papers and our phone numbers are also printed, but no body was contacted.

We were able to contact your pune branch only once & after that the number is constantly switched off.

Kindly look into it and resolve at the earliest

This is the second time that the material is misplaced with om logistic.

We from spack automotives, kuruli, pune our ahmadabad plant book material on 12.12.2018 for docket no[protected] but till (16.12.2018 @ 5.30) this material not received in your pune loaction & your ahmadabad people inform material will reach next day, where is your commitment..

We continuously follow up your pune team but not proper response form pune team

Now they have making me fool by saying the some unwanted thinks.

Material was book on 30.09.2018 still it has not deliver at consignee location
On online tracking it had been shown as delivered at baghola.
Nobody has given write answer kindly please needful us for same serious issue.
We hope you would be found the materials and reward us with positive response.

Our customer foundation brake manufacturing have booked a consignment on 11/09/2018 from jalgaon, maharashtra through road mode.

This consignment has not been delivered to the booked address till now.

We need to know the reason for not delivering the consignment till now.

Regret for your service rendered to grand agences, in supplying the stocks throu your om logistics transport. Though the stocks has been received at s v chatram on 6/8/18, till today (11/8/18) you were not bothered to take required steps in supplying the most important life saving drugs. More over most irresponsible behavior from each one of you. Almost every day i was forced to talk to you, chodavam branch om logistics and your delhi head office but all become wast until i come in person to clear stocks. For the undue delay in supplying medicine and making us to undergo mental torture, why we shouldn't take legal action on you?

We were sending our material regularly to mumbai from ajmer from om logistics
But the person here has changed by the office and he is very rude illitrate and not supportive so we will be discontinuoing and will not give any material to om logistics anymore
We are opting jaipur golden as an efficient transport who also delivers in time not like om logist in one month
People needs efficiency and support also with good speak so its just to be in ur knowledge and i am also posting it on twitter
So other ppl may also knw the real picture of ajmer ofc and be cautious to give material

We have booked material from alwar (Rajasthan) to jcb india ltd. Chakan pune (M. H), on 01/05/2017.
Material was not delivered till now but the material was delivered approx. Around 07/05/2017) but after that time limit
When we inquired about the material there was no justification from the om logistics people, instead every time
They were just saying that “your material will be delivered the next day at desired destination”.
And finally on 03.11.2017 after aggressive follow up and argument with the om logistics person we came to know
That the material related documents are not in chakan pune depot but the material is missing...
This is highly irresponsible and not acceptable
I am not able to answer my client due to unavailability of the material. Please look in to the matter and revert asap.

We have booked material from sarkhej/changodar (Ahmedabad, gujarat) to parwanoo (H. P.), on 18/9/2017.
Material was required to be delivered in 5 to 6 days (Approx. Around 25/9/2017) but after that time limit
When we inquired about the material there was no justification from the om logistics people, instead every time
They were just saying that “your material will be delivered the next day at desired destination”.

And finally on 28/9/2017 after aggressive follow up and argument with the om logistics person we came to know
That the material related documents are at ambala depot but the material is missing...

This is highly irresponsible and not acceptable

I am not able to answer my client due to unavailability of the material. Please look in to the matter and revert asap.

I have booked my parcel from kottayam (Kerala) to dehradun (Uttarakhand)

First of all the delievery was not on time
They promised 7 days but it took 11 days & still they delivered damaged product

6 out of 50 packets are damaged
& they cost around 15000

I have paid the full amount to om logistics still my problem is not solved
