I booked one artical from (Tikri border) Delhi to salem at 15-6-17 LR No. 17049247. Article weight only 20 kg. He charged Rs. 1300.00. Every transport take only 600 to 700 only but he charged 1300. Why. And refund to us. I J.K.Industries supply of wooden handicrafts items south India. Your transportation charges very wrong and high. I booked in saharanpur Om logistic his charges very low. So plz refund my extra payment....

Your service is extremely poor, even after informing urgency and paying you advance. You have failed to provide better service.

We have made a small transportation from MUM warehouse to Kolkata Warehouse to fulfill a special order. But we were disappointed as they could not deliver it in sound condition to warehouse. We are regularly facing issue with the om logistics courier. They are making fraud with the customers. We receive open packages from the courier end and we always find the product shortage from the package.
