I am deeply disappointed with the substandard maintenance services being provided by Shanvi Maintenance Services, the sister company of Omaxe, in Omaxe City, Sonipat. Despite repeated complaints from residents regarding serious issues such as poor electrical infrastructure, maximum Street lights faulty, no horticulture facility, B-block occupied omaxe albour and unresponsive customer support — there has been little to no action from the maintenance team. The lack of accountability and professionalism is appalling.
When you invest your hard-earned money in a residential property, basic services like safety, cleanliness, and reliable utilities should be a given. Unfortunately, Shanvi fails miserably on all fronts. Residents are left to manage critical maintenance problems on their own, while the service team either delays action or simply ignores the issue altogether.
This has severely impacted our quality of life, and raises serious concerns about the overall credibility of Omaxe and its associated companies.
I strongly advise against purchasing property in any Omaxe township across India until there is a visible and sincere improvement in their maintenance standards. Buyers deserve better. Was this information helpful? |
