Omaxe — No possession no Pending AR

Company is having a pending AR of almost 5 lac which omaxe is not returning and when asked from the company executive they dont have any answer. they say u can do watever u want to they dont have any answer nw. and when asked about the resale of the property no answer regarding status also. resale ka poocho no answer they have made structure but dont have any answer regarding anything. I want to resale property or want my pending AR of 5 lac. OVMA /185.
