Omaxe — Non-Payment of Assured Return (AR) under Omaxe BeTogether Courtyard (PPP Model Lucknow)

I am an investor/buyer in the project Omaxe BeTogether Courtyard, Lucknow (PPP model with UP Government). At the time of booking, I was assured in writing that I would receive Assured Return (AR) payments until possession.

However, despite repeated follow-ups, the builder has failed to honor the commitment. This is causing financial loss, mental stress, and is a clear violation of the Builder Buyer Agreement / Assured Return Agreement.
