Omaxe — Refund request for booking of commercial at New Chandigarh

Dear Sir, /Madam,
My submission is as follows:-
I booked a commercial unit on 12 Oct 2024 in upcoming Omaxe world street, New Chandigarh, and cancelled/applied for refund within a week due to following reasons :-
I) There were no physical possession of property and it would be perpetually with builder. In future they will have leasing rights and purchaser only a party. This information was not given to me in pre-booking meets. This information I came to know from social media and was confirmed by sales executive post booking.
II) Later, I also found that assured return scheme is illegal and has been banned declared as scam by SEBI. Customers reviews on social media I found in-numerous aggrieved customers complaints of non payment of Assured return.
Now my efforts to contact Omaxe officials, CRM officer Sales executives Sh Hitender Goel, Sh Vineet Awasthi and Sh Arun is either non responsive or came with reply that it is under process. But Till date no refund has been made.
