1. The unit the palace lgh/1503 was booked on 17 oct 2017which was sold to us as corner flat in tower-e by omaxe representatives at omaxe office (Cyber tower) vibhuti khand, lucknow. The marketing excecutives confirmed us that lgh/1503 is the corner flat in tower-‘e’ which was confirmed again and again by us during enquiries. No clear cut lay out with flat numbering system was shown to us. At that time few units were available at different floor but we choose the lgh/1503 on fifteenth floor because it was convinced /misrepresented by omaxe representatives as corner flat in tower-e. As the project started we visited the site many times but no one was clear in explaining us the correct position of the 1503 in tower-e. Neither there was any way to visit the unit on fifteenth floor. During our recent visit we found that lgh/1503 is the not the corner flat but adjacent to it. All our dream came shattered as we invested huge amount in the dream project. This was disheartening and huge loss to us and my family which remain shattered due to wrong information by marketing. We hope you understand the depth and emotional issues involved when a person take a huge loan and buys his dream house.

2. I have served in indian air force for 20 years and as ex-servicemen now resettled in banking sector. Taken a huge loan to buy this project. I have invested all me pensionary benefits in this. But the reality in civil was disheartening and setback to me personally.

3. Hence it is requested that some measures may be carried out at your end for the irreparable loss to us and my family. The matter is being discussed at our level and i hope an amicable solution can be provided by you which is acceptable to us. Kindly allot us the corner unit in tower-e and hope that you take suitable action against the employees who due to personnel benefits gave wrong information to us.
