Omaxe — The possession of my Grand Omaxe flat has been delayed by more than 4 years

I am writing to seek an urgent update regarding the possession of my booked 2 BHK flat at Grand Omaxe, Lucknow, for which I have paid approximately 90% of the total amount.

As per the original agreement, possession was due in June 2021. However, as of June 2025, possession is yet to be handed over, and no clear communication has been provided regarding the delay or the expected possession date.

Omaxe must pay the penalty for the delay
