Dear Sir / Madam,

I travelled on the night of 22nd November 2009 to PUNE from HYDERABAD using OMER TRAVELS (Vehicle no. AP04V4965). I alighted the above bus at Ameerpet area, after an assurance that a seat would be provided in the CABIN area, as I didnot have the reservation, I was asked to pay the money (Rs. 500/-) & I asked for a ticket. Finally, I was provided a receipt no. 536 / 22.11.2009, issued by Sri Datta Sri Tours & Travels, KPHB Colony, Travels Road, Hyderabad - 72.

The night journey was a horror, as I was made to sit on the bonnet, next to the driver. There were umpteen number o[censored]nscheduled halts to pick up unsuspecting hapless passengers, only to be dumped in the cabin area. The fares were negotiated & no tickets issued to the unreserved travellers.

Finally, at around 0530Hrs on 23rd Morning of 2009, i got a seat in front of the door, as four passengers got down from the bus.

Driver was kind enough to drop me at Aundh, before proceeding towards Mumbai.

The person responsible for clearing the bus to proceed; at the exit point from Hyderabad, recorded the number of passengers as 46.

It appears to be a daily routine in all the PRIVATE run buses.

The OWNERS of the TRAVEL AGENCY are aware of such happenings & continue to turn a blind eye. I spoke to Customer Care

Center: [protected], tried[protected],[protected]both numbers appeared at the rear side of BUS) & finally to no. [protected].

WHO WILL CARE FOR THE HAPLESS PASSENGERS?

This is not a first case of omer travel agency, many times many passenger book a complain in many police stations, many time the passenger fight with omer travel employees. the pickupmans are very roud with passengers. they think money is every thing. but they dont no good service and respect is the first job. these pickupmans...Mustafa, Mehraj, Shafi, Pradeep, and one more Shafi these are very bad in talking with passengers...every time they delay all the busses.. i like to say to omer travel owner please take an action in this matter... this will happen in future no one like to travel in your bus.. and please take an action your pickup mans...

if any body gets like these type of problem you can directly call on this number 24460446. talk Mr. Akber Khan owner of Omer travel transport iam sure that he will take an serious action...
No solution in India. Government it self does not do any thing. no help. we did not think that we will get something better in our life. No body cares here. We pay taxes and we pay money at lest to get the required things as these people traveled by bus to Pune and they paid money. But no service. Forget about services here.

Every body is spoiling India. Mughal did not spoil in 700 years but they spoiled in 60 years.

Our money is in Switz Bank. Who cares? No one. Something like this is very famous: Jiyue our jine do. Paisa lo our lende do.

Very. Very bad expeerience observed on 24.04.2011 travelling from. Aurangabad to Hyderabad. Bus started at 9.45 pm instead of scheduled time at. 8.00 pm. 5river and supporting staff was very irrogent.
I request to travel with Sangita Travels instead of Omar. Verty uneducated people.
Just made an accident by driver.

Today both the Drivers found DRUNKEN. & made an accident.
Very very third class travel agency Omar travel. Still no contact by any person. Sangeeta Travel is very good & charge is Rs. 600 for sleeper class. Omar is charging rs. 560 waste of money. Do not travel with omar.
We travelled from SHRIDI to HYDERABAD on 23 AUG 2012 (KA 51 A 8471). The bus was was very dirty, and bugs around, staff was very very rude. ABOVE ALL NO AC.

The front glss was broken badly. A small stone chip or a minor accident would have injured driver and co, in turn lives of the passengers.

SHAMESS LESS 3rd CLASS OPRATORS. only the corruption is keeping these kind of on ROADS.

you did not plan your Journey in advance and took the what all available resources puttin your OWN life at RISK by sitting in the cabin.
When we all know that the service of the operator is not good then why book tickets in his service, better let him run the buses EMPTY. he will face LOSS and then CLOSE by himself.

We by our Own Will purchase the ticket of this operator as we have no other choice as we had not planned well in advance and then BRAG about the misdoings.
Not all the operators are good - there are Kesineni, Orange, NEETA and many other.
Go for them, rather than booking in this service and then bragging about.

    I booked the bus ticket from hyderabad to pune in "omer travels", they given sheduled departure time at 8:30 PM seat no 31 and they told me as push back seat. But the bus started at 11:30 the y picked up the 8:30, 9:30 and 10 :30 passengers in same time . and actully the bus capacity was 28 but they given 34 seats, in last row they made a seat it is like bench . they given to six pepole . when they are asking the managent they are not responded pepole . From Hyderabad the bus was started at 11 :30 and they are pick up the passengers from in between the way . this was very un conditional behaviour by driver and managemnet and they are not properly responds to passengers and one of passenger he travelled earlier also he faced the same thing .I am not sure whether it is management problem or drivers and agents problem . before starting the bus they will stop at wakad in pune but they dropped me at pune railway station at around 12:30 PM after getiing down bus i suffered with back pain and i could nt able to go office, . the bus no was i am not sure AP16 7672 but AP16 and starts with 7 ... . jotrney date 3- Nov-2009

    i have the bus ticket no in that they clearly mentioned the Seat and Departure time, kept it for future reference
    Yes, they change --

    departue time,
    bus route,
    boarding point and
    seat numbers

    at their will.

    The helpline numbers don't work or don't exist many a times -- I tried for three hours before giving up.

    The entire staff helpline attendants, bus conductor, drivers are very good at MISBEHAVING.

    I will never consider travelling by Omer -- not in this life.
    I hate omer travels, similar experience. Some spineless software engineers did not even spoke out.
