My daughter Nadia Gouveia travelled by Manish travels bus no.6575 on 4/10/15 . The bus had the last stop at Swar Gate but the passengers were asked to get down at Satara Highway at 5.30am..how can the driver just stop anywhere and order d passengers to alight early morning at a secluded place? My daughter was very frightened and disturbed to catch a rick to go to her destination at pimple saudagar and had to cough up Rs.800/- to the rick driver..thank God she reached safely. I want an enquiry to be held regarding this...never in her lifetime she will travel by Manish and will advise her friends also not to travel by it..I will approach the consumer forum if you don't compensate my daughter..

I am Nadia Gouveia with reference to the above letter written by my mom, apart from leaving us on d satara highway, I had booked a ladies seat in the same Travels and a gent sits besides me. I questioned the monitor and he does nothing. He neither provided him wd an alternate seat nor me, but rather just ignored and said he can't do anything about it. I am very disappointed by service provided by R Fernandes Manish travels. What was the use of booking a ladies seat when I don't get one? I need a compensation for the same.

These drivers and associates take some money from some rascals and make them to sit on your sit even though you have valid ticket.

    I have booked a seat in sleeper couch in manish travels, and there is this aged guy who is drunk and that stinchy smell is irritating me...I got headache because of this man and now m not able to sleep also because of smell... These travel agencies should make the rules and check passengers. It's so annoying... The maintainance is poor.. We pay money so that we could have a safe journey... But m not satisfied with this kind of services.

      On Oct 7th 2014 we went to Thirupathi package Sheegra Darshan with Manish Travels, room for fresh up which they gave is not all good and food as well, and took us to small shop to keep our bag, mobile or electronic things for money (for mobile Rs.10/mobile, for bag Rs.30) actually its free of cost at any entrance of darshan, tour guide arranged for extra laddu with 5times more than the actual price (1 laddu = 10 Rs.) they charged Rs.50/laddu, later we came to know n number of laddu tickets available in banks like Vijaya Bank, SBI, HDFC, and very imporatant thing is tour guide don't have knowledge about Darshan availability at present and they sent us for Free Darshan it took 11 hours, after all these stupid arrangements they change the a/c bus to ordinary bus near Hosakote finally they dropped us in Majestic at 12.30 AM(mid-night) you wont get public transport (BMTC) so you must hire auto with extra charges to reach HOME. STRONGLY I DONT SUGGEST THIS MANISH TRAVELS

        i have booked 5 tickets from banglr to tirupati..thru online. as per site tour packg details..it was clearly mentioned 1.depertur tme is 8.45 pm. total pakge cost per person cost would be 1850 all inclusive..(brkfst, 30 mints fresh up arrngmnt, all traveling cost to and fro, lunch, sighra darshan, laddu, worst service darshan not happend but taken money . accomodation, food worst. never ever book particularly in manish travels. one day tour package for balaji darshan and never end with one day tour.

          I had booked my ticket on 21st october 2014 for panvel to margao . the bus was expected to reach panvel by 7, 35 pm on 21st evening . since there was delay of bus i called on the number provided to me on travelyaari for panvel pickup point [protected]. i called on this number and got the driver's number [protected], i called driver and asked about the delay he replied that 7.35pm is not the timing of the bus from panvel the timing is 9.30pm . i called the customer care of travelyaari regarding the time change of bus but no positive response. since i had booked ticket for 7.35pm and the bus timing so why i was not informed and why they had not made any changes in the online booking timings. BUS NUMBER IS 0567 MANISH TRAVEL(SHIVPRASAD), i had paid 560 rupees which i want back in my account. Help me out .MY NUMBER [protected]. THANKING YOU

            Cheater: They will left me withmy family in mid night in rain in unknown place ooty, I had taken 2n 3d package to maysooe-ooty-coonoor they have not given any boucher bus ticket only one payment slip only which is useless and on calling his number they were telling we will cal you wait but they will not call you back even they will recognise your number they will not pick call.

              We have booked Coorg package for the Nov 1st Long weekend. I paid money for the Deluxe package plus additional money for A/C Volvo bus. It was way above than the average fare, all I was expecting was a no hassle, fun trip. It has turned out to be a nightmare for me.

              The Bus was at 9:00 PM so I made plans to go to the bus stop but they asked me to come to their office at 7:30 PM, I was there by 7:00 PM itself, the cab that was supposed to drop us to the Bus stop did not start until 8:00 PM. We got stuck in traffic and reached Majestic at 10 PM missing the bus. When I protested they made arrangements in another Non A/C bus and promised me a refund which I never got. He charged Rs. 1100 per person for A/C Volvo where the actual price was Rs. 378 per person.

              Finally reached Madikeri and they promised a Deluxe Homestay in the town itself, but they gave me a Homestay with no Hot Water, no TV, no Phoen Signal, nothing except for a bed 1 hour away from Madikeri. Doors wouldn't close, cannot go to the nearest road without a car, it was completely inside a coffee plantation cutoff from the world. The maintenance guy said not to come out of the Homestay as there were leeches outside the room. Imagine completely stuck inside a room without able to enjoy anything at all.

              Next day we complained and we were moved to a somewhat better Homestay. This also without TV, Exceptionally bad food, No hot water and finally no generator. To our luck the power went off as it does normally in Coorg every day. The whole night we had to spend with mosquitos.

              To my dismay the same package was given to some other people also, atleast they paid considerably less money than what I did. After coming back I went to their office as they have written on my ticket about a refund. After 2 hours of talking nothing happened I came back. They were arrogant, non responsive. This was at their Marathalli Branch. Totally dissapointed with their service and especially their attitude. I am even attaching the ticket on which they wrote that I was sent by non A/C bus promising a refund.

                Hi,
                I booked a 2night/3days Ooty - Conoor travel package from Manish travels at BTM layout, Bangalore hoping to enjoy my long weekend.
                Looking at their offices and branches in bangalore i was of the impression they are reliable and well organised but i was mistaken in all angles.
                It was completely waste of my 3 days and money as well despite booking almost 2-3 weeks in advance.
                1. I was asked to come to their office at 7:30pm but the bus started only at 10:15pm the day i left to Ooty from Bangalore.
                2. I was told that i would reach Ooty by 8am and my local site seeing on Day1 would start at 9:30am where as i reached Ooty at 10am, person who was supposed to receive me at Ooty came at 10:45am after repeated follow ups and took me to a hotel at 11am.
                3. While booking the package, i was shown a deluxe room at Hotel Race view and after going to Ooty i was given a horrible accommodation and was told that there is no vacancy in Race view but would change me following day.
                4. My local site seeing started at 12:15pm on day 1 and most of the local places were not covered and the answer was that we started late.
                5. Repeated calls to Bangalore office about my hotel accommodation and day 1 site seeing issues had no positive response. All i was told is they discussed with their person in Ooty and would be sorted out but the person in Ooty has not answered the calls after my initial discussion with him abt the issues..
                6. Day 2 & Day3 site seeing was also completely unorganised by the person in Ooty as there was no communication to us what time the tour starts and ends and what time we should get ready for the tour until we continously followed up.
                7. On day2 after my repeated follow ups with the hotel i was given on Day1, they finally changed to the hotel they mentioned in the package but the bath room was pathetic as there was warm water from the tap like few drops coming and it took almost 30 mins for a 15 litre bucket to fill. So was the water from wash basin. Follow up on that has no positive impact.
                8. Finally i would say Manish travels cannot organise a tour, they lack cooridnation, planning, and cheated me.
                It is utter waste of time and money going with them. I felt that booking a tour with them is like we tearing our money ourselves.

                As it was a peak season we have already mentioned that similar category of hotels will be provided during the season, and we have already co-ordinated with Mr Krishna for more than 3 times and requested to stay in similar category and as per the words we shifted them to Hotel Raceview the very next day.
                Deluxe hotel in Ooty nobody is providing hot water for 24 hrs, but Hotel Raceview we are providing hot water for 24 hrs.
                For Sight seeing 1st day as the bus was late because the bus had to stop at Fingerpost and the traffic was so horrible that it took 40 min to receive them.Making them to Check in to Hotel we told them to be ready by 12noon for sight seeing and we showed them Lake and Garden.
                Next day it was a free day for them but we had sent them for sight seeing on that day also.
                During Peak Season we try to provide as much as good service, but what Mr Krishna has given is false.

                Manish tours and travels — worst service

                Hello Friends please please never ever go with Manish Tours and travels,I had a Tirupati quick Darshan Package with Manish,before booking my ticket they told about service but after coming from tirupati i got exactly what they are give its shi*,dont go with these ash** they made my whole trip very badly,
                I have booked 2 nights/3 days Mysore/ooty/coonor package from Manish Travels through Sainath.Whole tour was complete disaster for me n my family.

                Negatives: Usage of old transportation, very disorganized plan, irresponsible operator, will skip many spots(though its mentioned in itenary),
                will concentrate more on spots from where they will get commisions, greedy and dishonest guides/driver

                Positives: None

                Day 1:

                Started at 6.30 am from Marathalli, Bangalore reached Mysore nearly 12.30 pm.
                Finally under scorching sun we roam around srirangapatna, mysore palace, chamundi hills, church, Silk sarees and sandal wood store.
                At every tourist spot they give 15-30 min but at silk store we have to wait for 1 hour(as they can get some commision).
                We have to had lunch at an expensive restaurant as driver has kept bus infront of that and near by also no other restaurant was
                there so we have no other option left to had lunch there only.Food was pathetic there.
                Driver has taken Rs 100 per head against entry fees from us (Mysore palace-Rs 40, Brindavan Garden-Rs 15, Krishna Raja Dam-Rs 10, Guide charge-Rs 35).
                After chamundi hills we were(5 members) so we decided to go back to hotel and skip Brindavan Garden and Dam.
                When we asked the money back for those place's entry charge he didnot return.

                We have paid money for double occupancy to Sainath but he has arranged 1 double occupancy and 1 tripple occupancy (5 people) but has not given any deduction for triple occupancy(price lesser than double).
                When we reached hotel we were surprised to see the rooms as they were too small for single occupancy also, bedsheets were dirty, washrooms were not clean.
                For triple occupancy they have promised to provide extra bed but there was no space there to keep extra bed also.
                .We have called Sainath many times but he was very irresponsible to coordinate propery with hotel manager for providing us proper accomodation
                so We have to wait till night 11.30pm to get an extra mattress and managed some how that night.

                Day 2:

                Started at 7.30 am for ooty.This time it was a very old mini bus and driver was driving so carelessly that we were about to meet an accident at hair pin bend.
                Driver has taken Rs 100 per head against entry fee(Rs 50 for checkpost crossing(he lied to us there is no entry fee charge for that)+Rs 30 for Botanical Garden+Rs 20 for Guide Charge)
                Before reaching bandipur he made us wait at a store for more than an hour for shopping(completely unnessary as we were getting late to reach ooty), many copassengers complained but he didnt listen to anyone so as a result we reached at 2 pm at ooty.
                Visited only Botanical Garden and OOty Lake..no other spots but some other shops to buy chocolates, tea and oils and expensive restaurants.
                Then went to hotel room it was spacious unlike accomodation provided at Mysore but again 3 ppl have to adjust in double bed.No triple bedded room was provided.


                Day 3:

                Started at 10 am for coonoor keeping our luggage at Ooty hotel.Visited only Tea Garden, Dolphin nose, doddbetta as driver has not taken us any where else and did not listen when we complained for the same.(skipped Sim's park, Lamb's rock, Law's fall etc).
                This time driver has taken Rs 30 per head for entry fee but there was no entry fee for Dolphin's nose viewpoint
                and we have paid extra at Doddabetta so all was going to his pocket only.
                Reached at 5.30 pm hurridly carried our luggage and rushed to ooty bus stand to catch KSRTc bus.Reached at 3.30 am at Bangalore after a waste weekend.


                I regret choosing Manish Travels and SAinath as tour coordinator.I suggest not to choose this if you want a peacefull and smooth holiday time with your family.
                i booked a one day sight seeing to mysore with manish travels..now plz read on carefully~
                1.the bus started 2hrs late..and the bus in which i was supposed to travel is also not available.
                2.i reached mysore @1:30pm whoch means 2hrs late.
                3.most of the places were not being shown to us which they mentioned in my itenary.
                4.while returning also the scheduled time to arrive back at my place was delayed by almost 3 hrs.i was supposed to reach by 11:30 but i reached at 1 o clock in the midnight.
                5.the horrible thing was the bus dropped me and my wife at majestiv and told us to wait for another bus which will take us to our house in btm..unfortunately aftra long waiting i have to book an auto by paying him Rs300.and the important thing here is i came all the way from majestic to btm alongwith my wife at midnight.if something wrong would have happened then who would have taken the responsibility???????coz manish travels person was not picking up the phone wen i repeatedly called him to inform abt the mishappening..

                so i request everyone not to go with this manish travels..they r actually cheaters..
                I have booked from vijayawada to Bangalore yesterday... bus supposed to start at 7:00 PM but it was started at 9:00PM. their reasion was
                RTO problem...

                while boocking they have mentation TV.. everything.. but there is no television also.. very worest travelsssss... dont book any more.. they have only office in bangalore. they does not know management... if we call to their manager we dont have office except bangalore.. if we ask driver we dont know anything call the manager...


                So my suggetion is DONT BOOK MANISH ANY MORE...
                i also agree with you all, manish travells is very worst service,

                i have sufferd with them, there is no words to explane what i have struggled with my family, really it is very worst service,
                1). i have booked a cab for mekadatu tryp (single place to stay for one day with my kids, because some one told me mekadatu is very good placve to enjoy with kids.) again i have explaned to driver also and i trusted him because i am very new to bangalore, i dont know about mekadutu place also
                2). We started from marthahalli morning at 8:30 we reached there at 12 noon(but we shocked when we get down from the cab there is some water falls we are loking soo far, climate is very hot, there is no place to sit atleast, )
                3). finally i ask driver where is place to relax for some time he said we need to travell another 1 hour there is the place)
                4). finally i asked driver what time we reach mekadatu, he said( sir this is siva samudram, not makadatu we have to go 100 kilometers back again if you waht to see mekadatu, dont worry we wil go to good place)
                5). He is taken me to another place (bara cchupki is the place, the place is very good and beatifull but this is not correct place to enjoy with kids)
                6). from there we started at 5:30pm we reached marthahalli at 9;00 pm,

                next day my son asking me (Dad you said some where we can do swimming, where is the place where is the mekedatu)
                what i have to tell...?

                  This complaint is about Mahesh Travels (under Manish Tours and Travels), who conducts bus transportation between Bangalore to Kolphapur, Maharashtra and vice- versa.
                  This is fourth time, I am facing this problem of BED BUGS. It is such a sad story.
                  Every time I travel in this bus, I have fallen ILL for 3 days after Bed bugs bite.
                  I have complained several times to them and they dont bother to take this issue with management of that company. They simply say, its only me who complains about this and push the matter under the mat.
                  It is such a pity that this continues again and again. Just imagine about the plight of small kids who travels in this bus.
                  I expect good service from them who sholuld take care of well being of passengers during the travel, because I pay good amount of money(Rs 430- one side).
                  Please look into this issue ASAP and hope this problem gets resolved at its root.
                  Looking forward to quick response on this.

                    Recently, we booked a package trip for Wayanad with Manish Travels, Bangalore after seeing their brochure and the following are the take aways for the mistake we made:
                    1.) They sent the car 2 hours late (Plan was to send at 6am and the car arrived at 8am)
                    2.) Due to long weekend, we reached the destination at 6pm instead of 2pm (Had we started earlier as planned - There were fair chances of we reaching in time)
                    3.) They charged us for Kerala entrance tax (~500/-) and in reality they sent a private vehicle (Not taxi) with a white board instead of yellow board --- Good way of cheating the law of the land!!
                    4.) Accommodation was planned for a room with rent 2200/- per night and we were offerred a room with 1000/- per night and this room did not have any basic facilities!!

                    We made many calls to Manish Travels and unfortunately, they are not ready to speak.

                    ==> We neither enjoyed the trip (nor) got value for the money we paid to this agency!!

                    We too have faced the same problem with this travel agency and the Manager at this place does not have good attitude in replying.

                    He even challenges to say go ahead and do whatever you want.

                    I had similar experience too, that time the Driver was horrible and he seems not even had school education and hence cannot read the road signs. We had to involve heavily in driving in almost every diversions for having to avoid missing the routes. And the card had 3 punctures during the trip and at we had the last 4th puncture of the type just when we reached RajaRajeswari nagar.

                    Recent past I have taken a package tour for 3 memebers with Manish Travels, Bangalore. Tour which includes Madurai, Rameswaram and Kanyakumari. After reaching to the Madurai, we got a two bed room, where we had paid them for 3 bed room price and even it is repeated the same in Kanyakumari too. After complain with Manis Travel we were able to get 3 Bed room only at Maduari. Even to save the lodge charge, they are asking the traveller to vacate the room and keeps them waiting at Bus stops. The service they provides by their agents are also too bad, even the rude beheviour of Bus/Mini Bus driver and cheating the traveller in the hands of bad temple pujharis. It weas a very bad experiance with Manis Tour and Traveller, Bangalore. It happend on August'2009.

                    We also had a similar experience with this travel agency.

                    1)Driver they sent dont know the route.
                    2)They have taken both Tamil Nadu and Kerala entrance charges and the crossed only one border.
                    3)They told both Thekady and Munnar.And we visted only Munnar.
                    4)We almost traveled 30 hours in Bus on our first day.They told driver via Mysore road.So we traveled around 850Km. Actually via Tamil Nadu it will take maximum 550Km.

                    6)Totally a worst service from their side.

                    He said except food all traveling and staying in Hotel is included in the Package.
                    But He spoiled our visit to Munnar and Thekri in Kerala.
                    1) He arranged a Driver who did not know the way, moreover he could not remember them if someone tell him. He was totally confused.

                    Recently we booked a package for Munaar and Tekhri(Kerla) through Manish travel.
                    But we wasted our whole time and we just traveled whole days.
                    1. He told to us that we will provide our own driver who knows the way but there was a third party driver who did not know the way and he kept on rolling the traveller around the kerla, Tamil nadu and the Andhra by this way we visited Tamil nadu and andhra villages and Govt. road instide of Munnar and tekhri.
                    2. When we reached Munnar after 28 hours then hotal management told to us there is no room booked for you by manish travel..
                    3. We had got to paid all toll tax in 4 Toll plazas in High ways.
                    4. We have learned whole road map of kerla and tamil nadu and it could done beacuse of only Mainish travel.


                    But we got to learn some very good lesson because of manish travel. :

                    1. When ever you are planning to book package threw any travel agency pls visit his consumer complaint form in place of travel agency sites.
                    2. Don't give whole amount to travel agency before completing the trip because if you travel agency forget to book room in your place then you can use that money to book room your self.
                    3. Pls keep road map with you because it might be happen that driver doesn't know the way then you have got to find out the way.(so in place of enjoying you can know more about the Indian roads and villages.)
                    4. And we enjoyed the chek in and check out in place of enjoying the place and it also could be done because of Manish travel.
                    I went through Manish Travels 4 times. In first 3 times my experience was good...but not the last one to ooty. I went to ooty earlier with this travel agents only, had good experience. In last Oct I asked Manish Travels to book the same hotel where I stayed earlier. They booked the same and except food everything was included in the package.

                    When we reached Ooty, the hotel said that there is no room booked by Manish. It was at 10PM night and raining. I tried calling Manish several times...nobody picked up. Then the hotel persons asked to call somebody who supposed to do the booking on behalf of Manish. After 1 hr of battle they gave us 2 rooms. Those rooms were not spacious, dark and dusty. Even the hotel persons told me that the room rent is 500/- but Manish promised me to give good front-side rooms and I paid 1100/- ...

                    Secondly, I had to pay all the entry fees & toll everywhere but it was already included in the package.

                    When I complained to Manish about all these after returning to Bangalore, they behaved very roughly... They didn't attend me at all. They only said "please dont raise any question about the money, as u already agreed to the amount you paid, u hav to agree whatever service we are providing"...

                    They are CHEATER. Please dont trust them...

                    My humble request to everyone is not to accept to give for extra money. They have brouchers which will show a price per person to a trip and the manish travel guys tells that the prices are up because of the season. But when we went to ooty, the rush was very normal and the ticket prices, hotel availability is as usual, but we were charged more about this. They also wasted our time before we do check in to hotel and gave normal rooms instead of Luxury rooms(which we are charged for) . They simply waste our sightseeing time with many causes.

                    I booked a 2night/3days Ooty - Conoor travel package from Manish travels at BTM layout, Bangalore hoping to enjoy my long weekend.
                    Looking at their offices and branches in bangalore i was of the impression they are reliable and well organised but i was mistaken in all angles.
                    It was completely waste of my 3 days and money as well despite booking almost 2-3 weeks in advance.
                    1. I was asked to come to their office at 7:30pm but the bus started only at 10:15pm the day i left to Ooty from Bangalore.
                    2. I was told that i would reach Ooty by 8am and my local site seeing on Day1 would start at 9:30am where as i reached Ooty at 10am, person who was supposed to receive me at Ooty came at 10:45am after repeated follow ups and took me to a hotel at 11am.
                    3. While booking the package, i was shown a deluxe room at Hotel Race view and after going to Ooty i was given a horrible accommodation and was told that there is no vacancy in Race view but would change me following day.
                    4. My local site seeing started at 12:15pm on day 1 and most of the local places were not covered and the answer was that we started late.
                    5. Repeated calls to Bangalore office about my hotel accommodation and day 1 site seeing issues had no positive response. All i was told is they discussed with their person in Ooty and would be sorted out but the person in Ooty has not answered the calls after my initial discussion with him abt the issues..
                    6. Day 2 & Day3 site seeing was also completely unorganised by the person in Ooty as there was no communication to us what time the tour starts and ends and what time we should get ready for the tour until we continously followed up.
                    7. On day2 after my repeated follow ups with the hotel i was given on Day1, they finally changed to the hotel they mentioned in the package but the bath room was pathetic as there was warm water from the tap like few drops coming and it took almost 30 mins for a 15 litre bucket to fill. So was the water from wash basin. Follow up on that has no positive impact.
                    8. Finally i would say Manish travels cannot organise a tour, they lack cooridnation, planning, and cheated me.
                    It is utter waste of time and money going with them. I felt that booking a tour with them is like we tearing our money ourselves.
                    Me along with my 4 friends went to tirupati on 22nd april, 2011.The behaviour of the guide was not good.
                    Around 1000 rupees got stolen from our wallets while we went 2 tirumala for darshan keeping our bags in the manish travels bus.While returning the driver didn't inform us that he will not stop at the manish travels office at marathalli.He took us to majestic and it was raining heavily.When we called the manager he replied rudely and started shouting.This is our story.
                    Recently, we booked a package trip for Munnar with Manish Travels, Bangalore . 100% very good package up & down traveling good bus, beautyfull accommodation, sight seeing by car this travels need good service ...
                    I did a mistake of booking a Bangalore to tirupathi trip thru manish travels for 8th Oct. 2011...It was the biggest blunder i ever did.Bus was scheduled to start at 8.15 PM from bangalore. 1 Bus took us from their madiwala office to marathahalli office at 8.45 pm we waited at marthahalli office for around 2 hours for the bus.Due to some reason the AC volvo bus which was scheduled for us for postponed and they arranged to a stupid non ac bus for us and very rudely their staff told us that for another 60 KM we have to travel in that stupid bus and if everything goes well only then u will get that Ac volvo bus. Passengers got irated and shouted at staff.And their staff is completely ill-mannered and refunded the money back as they didnt had anyother bus at that time.In total 8 passengers went back home that night due to their stupidity.Never ever choose dis travel i[censored] want to have a nice trip..
                    SAME WAS REPEATED WITH ME, I TOOK 2N/3DAYS TOUR TO MADURAI RAMESHWARAM KANYAKUMARI, I BOOKED FOR 3 SENIOUR AND 1 CHILD WAS SMALL EVEN THOUGH I PAID AND EXTRA VOLVO FARE TO THEM FOR COMFORT JOURNEY...FROM BANGALORE TO MADURAI WAS OK., BUT WHILE RETURNING THEIR AGENT INFORMED HE HAVE NOT RECD ANY INFM ON 4TH TICKET, HENCE ONLY 3 GOT BOOKED...THAT TOO IN NORMAL AC INSTEAD OF VOLVO, 1 WAS FORCED TO STAY AND PAY ANOTHER 1 NIGHT HAULTING AT MADURAI WHEN MANISH T. INFM TO BOOK TICKETS FOR 4, THE NEXT DAY I GOT 4 SEATS BUT IN NORMAL AC BUS...THIS IS TOTALY CHEATING, THEY COULD HAVE BOOKED RETURN TICKET NOWING MY PACKAGE INSTEAD OF BKG FROM MADURAI AND ONE IS HELPLESS IN SAID SITUTION AS I WAS BECAUSE I WAS SUPPOSE TO RETURN BANGALORE IMM...I THOUGHT TO FILE POLICE COMPLAIN BUT THAT TOO WILL KILL MY TIME I FORGET THE SAME AS BAD DREAM...WASTED MONEY/TIME...THE JOURNEY FROM MADURAI-RAMESHWARAM-KANYAKUMARI-BANGALORE WAS THE BAD SERVICE EVER I HAVE SEEN...
                    I booked 3 seats for Tirupati trip on 30th June 2012. Their Bus driver (bus no. 8562) is so rude that i can't explain in words. He was not even nice to ladies and aged passengers. He was behaving as, if we don't follow him, he will throw us out of the bus immediately. With more that 80% of the passengers not knowing Kannada, the bus conductor didn't know anything except kannada. Just imagine the situation of the passengers.

                    And then on reaching the temple 50 people are just waiting to get in the queue because 5 people went for tonsuring and there was no other person to take care of them. As a result we toiled for 2 more hours in the queue to have darshan.

                    To sum up, Manish travel don't have the planning, co-ordination, manners and means to conduct even a little bit gud trip, at-least to tirupati.

                    And if you believe in even 10% of what i have told, then i request you not to even think of Manish Travels for your any of tours. you will simply waste you money and time and you will really fell saddened by your trip.

                    After you come back to your home, you will sit and think why the hell i went for this trip. I am the biggest in this world to have chosen Manish Travels.

                    We have attended the same problem with Manish Traveler. We booked 7 tickets for Balaji package. Package was for Rs 1550 per head. They promised Ac Volvo bus, hotel accommodation for 1 hr, breakfast, lunch, 300 shigra darshan and guide and Padnavati Darshan,

                    Problems faced,

                    1. Bus came 1 hr late.
                    2. For 1st 1.5 hr they have provided NON-Ac Bangalore local bus to us. They provided AC bus from KR Puram, that AC bus was also not in good condition.
                    3. They had provided the hotel to us, But after 25 min he is screaming to go quickly as we were late because of him. Without initial information that we have only 25 min. With such a disgusting attitude. And fought to me 3 times as we took 40 min to get ready (As we are 7 members).
                    4.Breakfast was unhygienic idly and vada.
                    5.Then we moved further for Darshan, they have not provided any guide as they told. They showed the que and told us to join this and all of you meet us at Ranbagicha bus stop within 15 mins after darshan. We reached 1 hr late after darshan as we were unable to find that Bus stop.
                    6. Then he said we were not going to Padmavati as you were late. Then we said you should come with us to guide. Again he is shouting at us like we didn't pay for this tour. The attitude of that man is extremely bad.

                    I suggest to all of you not to go with MANISH TRAVELER .
                    I have booked 2 nights/3 days Mysore/ooty/coonor package from Manish Travels through Sainath.Whole tour was complete disaster for me n my family.

                    Negatives: Usage of old transportation, very disorganized plan, irresponsible operator, will skip many spots(though its mentioned in itenary),
                    will concentrate more on spots from where they will get commisions, greedy and dishonest guides/driver

                    Positives: None

                    Day 1:

                    Started at 6.30 am from Marathalli, Bangalore reached Mysore nearly 12.30 pm.
                    Finally under scorching sun we roam around srirangapatna, mysore palace, chamundi hills, church, Silk sarees and sandal wood store.
                    At every tourist spot they give 15-30 min but at silk store we have to wait for 1 hour(as they can get some commision).
                    We have to had lunch at an expensive restaurant as driver has kept bus infront of that and near by also no other restaurant was
                    there so we have no other option left to had lunch there only.Food was pathetic there.
                    Driver has taken Rs 100 per head against entry fees from us (Mysore palace-Rs 40, Brindavan Garden-Rs 15, Krishna Raja Dam-Rs 10, Guide charge-Rs 35).
                    After chamundi hills we were(5 members) so we decided to go back to hotel and skip Brindavan Garden and Dam.
                    When we asked the money back for those place's entry charge he didnot return.

                    We have paid money for double occupancy to Sainath but he has arranged 1 double occupancy and 1 tripple occupancy (5 people) but has not given any deduction for triple occupancy(price lesser than double).
                    When we reached hotel we were surprised to see the rooms as they were too small for single occupancy also, bedsheets were dirty, washrooms were not clean.
                    For triple occupancy they have promised to provide extra bed but there was no space there to keep extra bed also.
                    .We have called Sainath many times but he was very irresponsible to coordinate propery with hotel manager for providing us proper accomodation
                    so We have to wait till night 11.30pm to get an extra mattress and managed some how that night.

                    Day 2:

                    Started at 7.30 am for ooty.This time it was a very old mini bus and driver was driving so carelessly that we were about to meet an accident at hair pin bend.
                    Driver has taken Rs 100 per head against entry fee(Rs 50 for checkpost crossing(he lied to us there is no entry fee charge for that)+Rs 30 for Botanical Garden+Rs 20 for Guide Charge)
                    Before reaching bandipur he made us wait at a store for more than an hour for shopping(completely unnessary as we were getting late to reach ooty), many copassengers complained but he didnt listen to anyone so as a result we reached at 2 pm at ooty.
                    Visited only Botanical Garden and OOty Lake..no other spots but some other shops to buy chocolates, tea and oils and expensive restaurants.
                    Then went to hotel room it was spacious unlike accomodation provided at Mysore but again 3 ppl have to adjust in double bed.No triple bedded room was provided.


                    Day 3:

                    Started at 10 am for coonoor keeping our luggage at Ooty hotel.Visited only Tea Garden, Dolphin nose, doddbetta as driver has not taken us any where else and did not listen when we complained for the same.(skipped Sim's park, Lamb's rock, Law's fall etc).
                    This time driver has taken Rs 30 per head for entry fee but there was no entry fee for Dolphin's nose viewpoint
                    and we have paid extra at Doddabetta so all was going to his pocket only.
                    Reached at 5.30 pm hurridly carried our luggage and rushed to ooty bus stand to catch KSRTc bus.Reached at 3.30 am at Bangalore after a waste weekend.


                    I regret choosing Manish Travels and SAinath as tour coordinator.I suggest not to choose this if you want a peacefull and smooth holiday time with your family.
                    Manish Travel Bangalore:Worst Travel Agency
                    I booked a trip from Bangalore to Tirupathi. As per there package pickup should be at 8.05 pm from J P nagar but the pickup was at 8.45 pm. Reached at Marathahalli at 9.20 pm. The travel time start from 9 pm but we started at 10.50 pm Not in the bus we booked “202 SHEEGRA DARSHANAM “. They arranged one low quality bus and said after 20 km they going to shift us to Manish Travel bus. So we started at 10.50 pm but they changed the bus at 1.00 AM. 20 km took 2 hrs ? finally in the Manish Travel bus. ”Bus number 8400”, thought now everything would be smooth but the worst had just started. We reached at hotel at 3.40 Am, during this 5 hr journey they did not give a single water bottle and not even stop the bus for 10 minute refreshment. In the middle of the journey some ladies had to stop the bus forcefully and went outside for loo in the dark open highway.
                    So finally we reached at hotel. Room was ok but there was no hot water in the room. Breakfast was good. Then they took us from Manish Travel bus to bus stand and gave us 300/- Rs for Balaji Ticket. In govt Bus we reached at place where people need to get down if they have to shave their head at 6.40 Am. The tour guide “son of the ” does not know how to behave with ladies. He was pushing the passenger from the bus who have to shave their head and pushed two ladies also in the same way.Tour guide also went down and bus continued and depart us at the main Balaji complex stand at 7. But at that place no one was there to coordinate us. Some passenger asked from someone and left, to join in a long que .We with some passenger waited for the tour guide. Finally he came and gave us shop number 78 where we kept our mobile and shoes. Charges for keeping mobile 10 Rs each and shoes 2 Rs. Now the time was 7.30 Am, Tour guide said just enter in the middle of line and if someone stops then say that you went to toilet. Such a shame at temple need to do this. But no other option so with all other passenger we did the same and joined the line in the middle. At 1.30 we had Lord Balaji darshan that was only relief.We came back at shop 78 took our mobile and shoes.No tour guide was there, he came back at 2.30 Pm till that time the Govt. Bus left, again he shouted on one passenger. Finally he arranged one other Govt. bus. When I asked where we are going now. He said we are going back to hotel for lunch. I asked him about the darshan of Goddess Alamelu Padmavathi amma at Mangapuram, he said its too late now so we are going back to hotel for lunch. It was so disappointed.If its depend on the availability of time so it was there mistake. They started late and did not coordinate. We reached back to hotel at 4.00 Pm.Somehow lunch was good.
                    We started journey back to Bangalore at 5.00 Pm. Bus stop for refreshment for 10 minutes at Greenline Restaurant.
                    Finally Reached Bangalore at 10.00 Pm. At the time of booking our dropping point was east end but they dropped us at BTM petrol pump. I know it just 2 km before but there commitment was for east end not btm.
                    It was my last journey with this worst travel agency. In future if they offer a free package also still I will never going to prefer this travel agency.
                    I always travelled with Green line Travel .they are so punctual, professional and tour guide was all time helpful.
                    While booking they said not to book from red bus and booked from only http://www.manishbus.com/t_tickets/search_results_hreq
                    So that we can not add negative review. This happen with my friend also. Sincere advice Never travel with Manish Travel.

                    experience. Room and toilet Not cleaned since few week. Full of sand all over
                    room. No towels. No bolts for toilets. Short curtains which do not close the window completely. No privacy for ladies.

                    3. Food provided - Very unclean servers. Quality needless to
                    mention is something never to be experienced by anybody. Looked like the servers never had shower for ages.

                    Fake deliverables promised by Travelpeoples Banashankari. Never take a chance with this tour operators.

                    At the time of booking ticket tey have taken full responsibility for 2 nights 3days package to maysoor-ooty-coonoor.

                    In the last day in ooty they came late @ 1 pm to take sight visit and they have not given any ticket any boucher for hotel and bus, and on calling they were answering we are checking and will call you i am with my wife got stuck at 10 o clock in ooty in rain without any hotel any help they are tottaly left us helpless.
                    mine was most horrible.. while coming back from Munnar to Bangalore, this driver dint stop the bus for complete 12 hours, not even for dinner.                     Money Minded and Least Bothered about the passengers. I made a booking for Thirupathi on 4July2015 with Manish Travels wthout going through his reviews on google and I felt that I made a very big mistake by doing that. They made the life of me and my family so miserable and helpless in these two days. First of all, they do not have enough buses for passengers. They carried us from BTM 2nd stage to marathalli in a mini bus and made us wait for 45 mins until the main Volvo bus comes back from Tirupathi. Even waiting for so long, main volvo bus did not reach to marathalli, then later they decided they will take us in a mini bus until they meet the main Volvo bus on that route. After completing more than half of journey in a mini bus, they shifted us to main Volvo Bus. We started late and so we reached late to the hotel to freshen up. The rooms and toilets were so dirty and were stinking too. The story does not end here. They made us to stand in free darshan line in Tirupathi which was very painful part of this journey. We stood in a free darshan line by 6 or 6:30 in morning and we had a darshan by 12:30 in midnight by continuously been waiting more than 15 hrs in one room. Even after this much, when people came out from darshan, this people did not arrange any bus to go down from Tirupathi to reach Volvo Bus. They made us stay in cold for almost 3 hrs which is not bearable with family and kid. They left us alone on road without caring without thinking where they will stay in nite. The guide behaviour was so rude and careless, he was least bothered whether you have any plan for next day or not. Upon asking guide that why did you not arrange bus and all to go down. He told bus can not be avail now. It will be available by 5 in morning and he also told he is not responsible person for all this..Go and contact to Manish Travels. Please never use this cheap travels for any of your vacations or trips. I was sufferer and I don't want to get repeated with you people as well. I don't want to rate them even a single star too. They don't deserve it.
                    Never book Manish travels.Its not at all safe.
                    We met with an accident when we were travelling from Bangalore to Goa.Just to save the looking mirror the driver went on to hit Tree after going upside down and sliding the bus for good 20 meter.

                    Really bad . I booked tickets from Goa to bangalore. When I reached to catch bus, I could not find any bus operated by Manish travels. I tried calling there numbers but they didn't pick up the calls. somehow I found a Manish tours bus that was going to bangalore at the same time and the denied saying my PNR is not there in the list they are having. I tried calling Manish travels but they did not answer and when they answered they said it is mumbai bus, it is pune bus. I paid double amount to reach bangalore that too from different travellers. Manish travels bus that was going to bangalore simply asked for more money as there bus was going empty. Really shameful.
