Omg Bazaar — Not fulfilling prepaid ordered product / no refund.

I have placed two orders on omg bazzar site as follows :-
1) on 06/05/2016 order no. 769 for the product
Samsung evo 16 gb microsdhc class 10 48 mb/s memory card
Paid rs. 180/- through hdfc credit card on 06/05/2016.

2) on 09/05/2016 order no. 1192 for the product
Samsung z-npc backpack slim laptop bag
Paid rs. 215/- through sbi card card on 09/05/2016

But till date there is no response from site. When tried to contact on given contact no. On site +91 [protected] it is not responding.
Kindly do the needful.
