Flipkart seller OmniTechRetail has sent a wrong Product/Model to me and I have approached multiple times to the customer care team for a resolution, but every time the replacement request is being rejected due to 1 or the other reason. I have clearly mentioned the issue while placing the return request(return because there is no refund option). This is really a pathetic experience with Flipkart wherein you people have forcefully given me a wrong model/product and are not finding reasons to reject my return request. Already Flipkart is in news for all the bad deed that's in discussion among other people. Kindly fix my replacement issue asap.
