Bought one Pigeon 25 Lt. OTG Oven on Flipkart platform mentioning Omni Tech Retail as supplier[protected] and was delivered on[protected].
The product was opened, and a visual inspection was done and found no damage to the product visually. When wanted to use found product base unstable, baking plate and wire plate smaller in size and could fix in to groove and was falling to bottom.
Complaint to Flipkart and was informed that it was open delivery and once inspected and found ok Flipkart cannot help and has to contact Pigeon to address my problem. Got in touch with Pigeon online and they do not have any mechanism to contact them except WhatsApp no. where you can only send message but cannot ca. there is no other way to contact them.
Again, went back to Flipkart and they told me that I should go to their service centre and resolve the issue.
I tried to find Pigeon service centre and the only service centre is in Nanded which is about 300.
Flipkart not responding saying that we have resolved your issue and Pigeon not responding even after more than a week since this complaint is filed.
You are requested to kindly use your good offices to reesolve this issue.
