[Resolved] On Dot Courier — Not send parcel in reasonable time

I send a courier on priority and one in special. When i send courier team said parcel will send in 48 hours. M send parcel on 13th of august but till now no parcel is reached to any one please i request you to send parcel otherwise refund my money.

I send a parcel with docet no. P1050803 from barnala to delhi on pre speed basis. At the time of send courier team said this will send in 48 hours. This was send on 13th august but till now no parcel is received to anyone. I request you to take sufficient action against them. Now i call on [protected] customer care number that person will talk with me very rudely so plz take action against that person also.
