Sir, Our firm is Anjni Labels, B-1/296/B-1, Guru Nanak Pura, Civil lines, Near Dushera Ground, Back Side Gurudawara, Ludhiana [ Punjab ] and my name is Neraj Gupta. We booked the 1 k.g approx parcel for, Writer Sports Wear, manufacturing unit, Bhawani market, Near Old Bus Stand, Behroar [ Alwar ], Rajesthan- 301701, to 12th December 205, On Dot Courier. But this parcel not reached there. We complaint many times, but no response. The Parcel cost approx Rs 10000/- At last they said we did not booked the parcel. Sir we have a Courier Receipt in which date is also mentioned.
