Consignment number [protected] not yet delivered.. The courier service has it for the past 3 days.. No updates about the package yet available on site neither the people have any information about it.. Sent the parcel on 27th november 2017, the parcel has not reached the destination.. Highly disappointed by the services.. Never use this service again - advice to all people

I'm facing the same situation right now
i gave my package to on dot courier on[protected] and they said it will take 3 days for the package to reach mumbai from Nellore, Andhra pradesh.

its been 6 days since it was shipped they said it will reach on sat i.e., 3-3-2018 when contacted on friday 2-3-2018..

still it was showing consignment misrouted

My awb no. [protected] that parcel contains very important things... But nobody at this courier bothered to listen... No one picks the phone... Deliver my courier... Or give money back with compensation or i will go to consumer court.

I have couriered 6 wedding invitation from this bloody courier company and still my relatives are waiting for their wedding invitation... Its been 5 days and this company can't delivered the product from jaipur to delhi even after 5 days. Its a type of insult. Tracking no [protected] & [protected]
Either delivered this tomorrow or refund my money with compensation.

I have send 2 courier packets. One for pathankot (Awb[protected] and other lakhimpur khiri (Awb[protected]. I have send the courier to faridabad agency on 02 nov 2017. And they told me that it will be delivered till 2-3 days. But it was not delivered. Later when i went to them they gave me a contact number and told he will solve your problem. And i am calling that ambala landline number[protected]. But no response from them. And one mobile muber said the mobile number you gave has no response. But i have given them the new number next day itself. I tried checking online. It shows on the way since 5 and 6 nov. But till now it is not reached. Very much pathetic service. They are not a professional courier service. Only no one i taking action against them thats why they are surviving. I would like to make my courier delivered. Also they should work more efficiently.

Even they did not indicate or update in tracking site
Worst delivery service, never use on dot courier service in future

My product of consignment no. [protected] which i had sent from delhi by the co. To gurdaspur has not yet recieved by the reciever. The product was of 1 kg and was an expensive electronic item which was to be delivered urgently. The product has reached jalandhar but haven't reached gurdaspur yet. I send a parcel from Jalandhar to Panipat on Oct 16th, this parcel was supposed to get delivered in Panipat on Oct 17th or Oct 18th, however even after more than 20 days there is no news about the parcel. Pathetic service. No one is able to provide any information and even anyone is not able to track it online. AWB# [protected]

Today is 7th oct 2017, The current status is showing "in transit" on ondut.co.

We have booked a parcel (By air) from delhi to mumbai on date:[protected] & we were told that the parcel will be delivered within 02-days but its[protected] already & still the parcel not delivered yet. We are trying to contact the company here in delhi also but their numbers are not reachableout of service. We have paid more than double amount to get fast delivery but its worst than by road delivery. The contact person in mumbai office mr. Sandeep (M: [protected]). I am trying to trace our parcel for the last 02-days but he also don't have any reply. Just saying that our parcel is about to deliver. Now we are feeling like cheated by on-dot courier company. That parceldocuments are very important for me & for my client. Now i am really frustated & want justice. If a reputed company like this will treat their customers then how come the service industry will grow because they know that our judicial system is like this. Nothing will happen. No one suppose to take any action.

As i booked my document with your west jyoti nagar branch (Near durga puri x-ing) delhi-110094, on dated 8th june, 2017 vide receipt/document no.[protected] dated 8-6-2017, delhi to bangalore to my son anshul maheshwari which contained his two wheeler's rc, which has not been delivered till today[protected], mr. Garg said me that i shall be returned to him & this will give back to me as delivery boy can not deliver due to unknown reason, i also contacted on mobile to bangalore office, lady told me, they sent back to delhi office. Mr. Garg (Well known to me & i live in durga puri) always assured me that i will return you, your document within 4-5 days now my son has need of it as festive season is there & traffic police is checking vehicle documents, kindly look into the matter & return our document to me. I am awaiting your response reply for this week than after go to customer grievance cell for claim. I hope for an early resolve.

Parcel is Delivered to Rohtak on 3-Oct-2017, then there is Update that Address is Wrong. The I Call to Local Courier to Send Back our Parcel.
But Yet No Parcel is Received.

Very poor Service, Not Satisfied.

[protected] on 08/08/2017 in maqsudan, jalandhar. And your staff member assured to deliver the courier within three days, but failed to fulfill her promise.
Not only has the courier not been delivered till date, but there has been no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to provide the details of the delay. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your company this time. I never complained about any of your services during the past one year, but this time it was a big letdown.

I had dispatched my courier with some important bank related to docs on 4 sept, 2017 vide pod [protected] to mumbai. The tracking on site is out for dekivery since 8th seotember, 2017. I called various cust care numbers, none of them connect. Also i called the local guy for assistance, he was rude and arrogant to assist even when i explained him that it has some sensitive documents. Please assist. Its ashu jain from ludhiana, punjab.in the last month of august 2017, dated 30th, i had couriered one parcel from ludhiana to kot kapura-151204, punjab. Its hardly 120 kms away from ludhiana.

I hired ondot courier for the same. Courier tracking number was [protected], dtd 30/09/2017. Firstly, ondot experts mis-route it and send it to kirti nagar, delhi instead of kotkapura.

After 4 days, regular reminders and follow up with ludhiana, bathinda and kotkapura, we found that courier is in delhi.

Anyway, after many requests, they forward it to kotkapura on last monday, 4th sept.

Now, main highlight of the film is: parcel was intact. As receiver opened it found packing list and 3 items missing. After opening by someone another cello tape was applied.

We immeditaely informed to ondot concerns in ludhiana, mr rajiv bhatia.

But till date no solution.

Plz help and guide me how to proceed for compensation???
