I Have send one Courier of which tracking Number is explained above which was on 31st dec 2020.For that ID this Courier has not arrived to my Customer yet.. So i want to say that i Am very unhappy with ondot Courier Services, Also feeling ashamed From my Customer to whom I had send the Courier with my beleive to deliver their parcel faster but its not possible only due to very bad Services of ondot Courier.

Consignment is not deliver on time . Consignment was booked from varanasi to board of ayurvedic lalbagh lucknow on dated[protected] .
But the courier is not deliver till today(07/01/2021)

NO one is responding, I have seen worst service ever. This docket number [protected] was booked in first week of october 2020 but still no response, no call, no delivery guy approach us, I dont know if this company is working or not.

I have booked one courier at kurukshetra on dot which were booked by sahil as on 14th December and confirmed it would be delivered with in two days ( courier AWB no [protected] .I am chasing sahil and Kuldeep since 15th December but still courier is not delivered.
As per sahil courier deliverystill in progress and it's normal process for delivery, I didn't write anywhere for deliver with in two days.
They are not ready to provide any information where is my courier.
After 5 days of courier booked it's still in process, courier need to deliver from kurukshetra to Gurgaon only but it's still undeliverable and I think it's lost by courier agency.
Please look into matter and provide solution so that courier can be tracked and deliver.

I had booked shipment on 13th nov by ajay courierparcel of two night suits not recveived till yet from Delhi to Banka tel me the reason.My waybill no is [protected]

Till date last update is showing of 7th nov.
Customer care not giving any proper response.Its really worst service Ever.
Resolve it soon otherwise I need to go through consumer court.

**** PARCEL STUCK WITH ONDOT COURIER FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS ****

Sir/Mam,

Our devotees had booked a PARCEL ON 31st August 2020 at ONDOT Courier(Prashant Courier) : Vrindavan(Tracking Number: [protected]) which is supposed to reach Nizamabad(Telangana) within 7-10 days.

Date of Booking: 31/08/2020

After 25 days, Mr Sharma: Prashant Couriers Vrindavan provides a new Tracking number: [protected] for the same parcel which is absolutely ridiculous.

However Parcel is still stuck and no response from your end. This is not fair and we need explanation and compensation for the lapse from your side.

It has been more than 2 months...Still no updates regarding the Parcel.

I have couriered 2 parcels from jalandhar to new delhi on 10th nov, 2020 but it has not reached its destination yet..it is very urgent!!

Sir, ONDOT courier is been sent on 3/11/20 from odisha to Malegoan, dist - nashik (Maharashtra), it's today 13/11/20 it's not delivered in time. we also tried to contact customer care number but no one is picking up the phone calls and some of the delivery boy s are denying to help. So we also tried to contact through website details but no one is responding. We have the ABW tracking number but ondot courier sites are not responding, they are unable to give current status of our courier. We have done the special courier and transfered 1100 Rs to delivery/courier boy's phone pe account, at that time he said that it will be delivered in 3 working days and now 8-9 days have been passed till now we haven't received courier and still waiting and trying to contact delivery boy but he is not picking up phone calls .
Please help as soon as possible 🙏🙏

I am calling on customer care number but no one is receiving it because I have not received a courier which is sent from odisha to Malegaon (district - Nashik ) . Today it's 7 days completed to sent courier from odisha.So please fix my problem.

I have a complaint regarding the awb no-[protected] which was booked on 20/10/2020 in haldwani and more than 7 days has been passed but still it has not been delivered to the mentioned address. Status has also been not updated since 21/10/2020. I have already contacted with your courier partner at noida having contact no-[protected]. He is giving excuses continuously since three days, even he don't want to pick and talk on ph. Whenever i am trying to contact with him. He disconnected my ph when i told about the misbehavior of his delivery boy (ph. No-[protected]) who was saying that i don't work for on dot services. I only delivers the packages before 10am and i will not deliver the package after 10am because i work somewhere else after 10am. I want to know that what type of service on dot courier is providing to the customers. This type of behavior is spoiling the image of your company. You are requested to look after the matter and deliver the courier as soon as possible and you are also requested to take a strict action action against these type of peoples who irresponsibly behaves like that.

My corrier are missing before one month not any response

My shipment in not delivered yet. No one is responding from customer service representative.

Good evening.. My complaint for stock not delivered yet in address.
Docket no. [protected] Date - Dispatched( 19/09/2020) . But still my courier not delivered on mention address.
Please cofirm and action my request and delivered the courier.
