My sister sent me a courier 3 weeks back and i didn't recieve it yet. It contains my most valuble things and i can't think of losing it. Please see to it that i receive it as soon as i can. The sr. no. of the courier is[protected]. Still, awaiting the delivery of my courier....

On dot Courier and cargo Ltd is thw worst courier company that I have ever used.
Due to the negligence on their part my form for highe eduaction was not delievered ion time.

I courier my application form on 11th may and the person takingthe courier promised to get it delievered by 12th May. (Last date of applying was 14th May). Today is 19th May. It has not been delievered yet.

This is with reference to the Medicines which were booked on 12th of August from Kalka to Kolkata. This packet was containg medicines and till date it has not reached its destination. Nobody is aware of its whereabout and even on-line tracking system of On Dot is also not showing any status.
We are worried about the packet and nobdy is responding on the same.

I sent two packets through On-dot couerier company from their dealer at West Patel Nagar, New Delhi. Bot packets were not reached to the destination. I sent the packets on Jan 1, 2008. It's been three months and no one from them is hearing our issue. The packets contains Diaries for our customers. My courier was deleivered very late. It started on 29th dec 08 from Chandigarh and reached here on 4th jan 08. May I ask what kind of courier service is that. Moreover when I called up the branch office here the person named Santosh sitting there says it reached here on 31st but they had problem of getting inside my company and handing it over.
