Really poorest courier service. I needed books very urgent... And its been 10 days they haven't delivered me that. I am regretting to get books from courier. Still i haven't got. Strict action needs to be taken unless it gets very late.

I have booked the courier on 1st September and today is 15th. No one is picking call on customer care and even the destination and origin city courier person are not able to tell about the courier location as it in not updated in website from 4th September.

Meine courier Kiya tha Kota se 10 Aug Ko pahucha 29 Aug Chandigarh. Aur Sarra tota hua frame aur glass bhi tuta hua

I have done courier from jalandhar to delhi from on dot courier POD no [protected] since 15 days dose nit delevered till no boday can responsed kindly do the needfull

I m sending documents through ondot courier on 27.07.20 from jammu (j&k) to palampur (39 mdsr) till date documents not received (18 days).. Call jammu ondot, ambala ondot and palampur ondot courier service but no response .. This is the worst service by ondot courier.. Pls delivered the documents to the destination asap..

I have not received my courier yet. It was dispatched from faridabad to thane on 4th august 2020 and today it's 10 august 2020, no information of my courier. I cannot track my parcel with consignment number, i also sent an email but no response, also i called on several landline and mobile number of on dot customer care but all the numbers are invalid. If you guys cannot follow the procedures then why you have opened a courier facility/services. Kindly shut down your company and allow other companies to work.

My courier no is [protected]. It was send on 7th jul 2020. It was To be delivered @ Melbourne. The agent said it will be delivered in 5-7 working days but when we ask him to give a docket number he send 2 different numbers which were wrong.
Kindly find where is our courier at present. Please locate it asap

I had couriered my documents from una (H. P.) to chennai on 08-jun-2020. Till date it has not been delivered. (Sharing screen shots and details for your reference).

It is a important document self from past 1 month is continuously calling and contacting all offices of on dot courier across delhi & dropped mails to concern team but no response from your end.

I hope that the higher authorities would understand my concern.

I hereby request you to kindly delivery the document to the location or please return back to una (H. P.) office so that i can collect & send it through some other courier partner.

Courier is reached in udaipur but still they did not delivered the courier parcel and such irresponsible staff and mentioned that please come to the office and get your courier. Pathetic service, careless work and even they don't know how to talk did not give any proper information.

This is to bring in your kind notice that one of your employee who is supposed to deliver my courier today ([protected]) at my address at delhi from mathura, is not at all professional and use very rude language (Name-akash, mobile-[protected]). Asking me to come to his office at okhla-delhi and pick the courier otherwise he will return it back to mathura. I asked why is so then he replied i am not delivering it to pin-110025 as a negative area. i request you to look into it and if your company is marking this area as a negative area then let me know. I will definitely go further against you people. Payment is paid to you to deliver it, if can't deliver then you would have said it at the time of booking it.

Hdfc sended me docet no. Awb 15499 o 4 june but my document is not recieved till date i have track my courier but it doesnt showing me tracking. I have call tollfree no. But no. Is not valid very pathetic service on dot courier.

With due respect i would like to inform you that a precious parcel was sent through your courier to my office address m/s willowood crop sciences pvt ltd, c/o hind agrochem services 1st floor, sfc 31-32, new grain market gill road, back side arora palace, ludhiana 141003. From amritsar on date 8th july 2020. It has not yet been delivered to my office. I visit your amritsar courier service office and they told me that my parcel is misplace by your ludhiana staff. That courier have my most important documents value of 45000 rs. So please be kind enough to look into the matter at the earliest and take the remedial steps as soon as possible.

What i was trying to contact with your head office ambala then they told me that we are not able to find your packet it is very disappointed to me. Now i am going to summit fir aginst it. Ondot courior service nahan...

Courier packed and dispatched on 06-06-20 in nahan and we recieved the packet on 15-06-20 in bhilwara.
Mr. Sushil bansal told us the packet will be deliver with in a weak. Then why your service took 10 days..

Bag weight was 9.6 kg when couriered what we recieved it was 4 kg + 1 kg is cardboard

If company registered then why it is not traceble online??

Why he has not told us about insurance??

Why he told us to pack the bag by ourself?? So that he can easily stole the items.

All packets smartly opened and half of the stuff was not in the packet. They filled the courier with the cardboard.

Now we also find out that past record of ondot service is not good.

All the above points indicate that he has done the fraud intentionally.

With a heavy heart i am writing this email to you.

I had an item which was shipped from jalandhar on 20/03/2020. Till date it has not been delivered. (Sharing screen shots and details for your reference).
It is a official document (10th certificate), which my brother had sent from jalandhar, punjab. Knowing the nature of sensitivity of the document, he chose to rely on your company services.
Since past 15 days, me and my father dr. Gurinder who is 66 years old have been continuously calling and contacting all offices of on dot courier across delhi,. After lot of efforts, we came to know that the consignment is lying at mayapuri. Me and my father spoke to your staff member ms. Sonia.
I am extremely sorry to say that she doesn't understand the sensitivity and stress a person undergoes.
Such cold hearted person, who doesn't respond to my calls, my fathers calls and deals recklessly. I called her innumerable times on june 10th 2020 and after many attempts she responded to my calls at 12:57 pm.
I would like to report that at first my call was held for a minute and later upon asking her regarding update on my consignment she said "that i don't know where it is. It is not with me" and disconnected the call.
This statement of hers gave me a lot of stress and anxiety and posed great doubts in my mind as to your dealing with customers.

I hope that the higher authorities would understand my concern and emotional stress as that document is very precious to me.

I am sharing some files for your kind reference.
